Lovely villa in a beautiful peaceful location over-looking Bali. Spacious, well equipped (the air con is very, very new) and really clean, the host Mike is extremely welcoming, it’s clear it’s important to him you enjoy your stay. The highlight of the villa is definitely the outside, loads of space surrounded by trees to offer shade if required, at the centre of it all is the stunning pool, it was loved by kids & adults alike. A further nice little extra touch is the ability to pick your own variety of fruit & veg from the rear of the property - we picked tomatoes, peppers, figs & lemons, sadly the grapes & olives weren’t quite ready yet ! The kids have told me to write that they were impressed with the WiFi ! Overall a really lovely villa & we throughly enjoyed our 2 weeks here.

The villa was immaculate and presented as a home from home. The bedrooms were cool even in July and the bathroom was roomy and well equipped. One very slight criticism is that the children’s room could have done with a better blackout blind.

We were offered free upgrade to the bigger Sugar villa and it was absolutely beautiful and I´m so thankful we were offered that. Staff at the reception is just so so nice. And the villa itself definitely exceeded my expectations in every possible way.

We loved everything about Villa Maris and we were warmly welcomed. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and shared lovely food and treats with us. The pool was a great added benefit which the children loved!
We had a very enjoyable time at Villa Maris! Communication with our wonderful host Christina was exceptional - advice on local restaurants and places to visit always forthcoming and superb. The villa is well furnished and has a nice little swimming pool. It's a great base to explore beaches or the mountains. What made our stay extra special were the gifts on arrival, wine and raki made by Christina's father, and other food gifts throughout our stay; thoroughly enchanting!
