Beautiful place to stay in Serifos.
Easy walk into the port town of Livada, which has everything you need for a great vacation. Also, the beach of Livadakia was also walkable. The villa is new, modern, clean, and spacious. The owners came and tidied up and provided fresh towels and linens in the middle of our stay. They also provided transport to and from the port for our luggage. The outside spaces are just as serene and comfortable as the inside.

Pleasant room which was spotlessly clean (and cleaned each day of my 3 night stay). Plenty of hot water, decent shower, good wi-fi, A/C & TV (not used). Small terrace with table & chairs.
A fabulous place. 5-7 minutes walk from the beach. 10-12 minutes flat walk to the port. Over a dozen beachside restaurants 5-10 minutes walk from the villa. They have two villas. They are new and pristine, appointed with just about everything you could want.

The apartment is in a traditional house, with shutters and air conditioning so easy to keep cool. Everything you can possibly require is provided !
This was a beautiful new spacious property with all the comforts of home. Inside and out, it has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped. From breakfasts overlooking the sea to being a great starting point for a hike up to the castle in Chora, we loved our stay at the Seaeye Villa.
Perfect house for 3 people and even 4. Great views of the chora (main village). Clean and spacious. Magda is an amazing host, so friendly and nice. She suggested some places we loved.
Quiet location at the end of the beach but easy walking distance into the village, to the bus stops and over the hill to other beaches. Comfy bed, friendly reception and ongoing attentiveness from Katerina and her family, ceiling fan was a lovely touch as was the coffee machine and the little box of goodies replenished every day such as teabags and coffee pods and breakfast snacks. Lovely veranda to sit on as well as deckchairs in the garden and straight across the road and into the sea for a swim
Everything was perfect, we were a group of 4 people, the villa is brand new, great attention to detail and really nice design. Very close to the seaside (Livadi). The owner was very helpful and attended to all our needs. The exterior space was great and the view even though it is not that high was fantastic. We all enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it
