Aegean Sea Villas is an exceptional place to stay. The owners are very nice, kind, friendly and helpful people, they care about all the details, it was really a pleasure for us to meet with all. Great hospitality. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, extremely clean house, breathtaking view of the sea and Chora from our terrace. Only a few mintes walk from Livadi beach, restaurants, supermarkets. We also rent a car from our owner, it was so easy, he takes care of everything about the car. I believe they deserve more than "10" on booking :) We will definitely come back :)

Fantastic villa in lovely location just a few minutes walk uphill from a little beach with restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a bus stop. Lovely views from the terrace down to the beach and up to beautiful Chora with it's ruined castle on top which is lit up at night. Hosts were really friendly and brought us lovely, sometimes homemade goodies. Hope to return one day.
The view is stunning, the furniture and decoration of the room is very comfy and relaxing, the private pool was cleaned twice per day and the suite and whole establishment was spotless. Nisides is the perfect place for relaxing vacation. It is very close to a beautiful beach, Tzanakia. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The hosts are adorable and discreet. Even though vehicle is highly recommended, AstyBus station is right at the front. Its even better than the photos.

Located close to the Chora, the most beautiful beaches and the small village of Livadi populated with excellent taverns. But above all Antonis has pampered us from the first day even with homemade dishes. strongly recommended
