The accommodation is fantastic! We have been to many places in the world, but this was one of the most beautiful. Renting a car is definitely necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get around. Christine, the host, is friendly and kind. There was food and drink waiting for us in the fridge, and he gave us a gift when we left. Important!: it is worth booking on the hotel's website, because the price is significantly better, and the booking was incorrect with us during the booking, which was very annoying.

The house has excellent location - beach only 1-2 minutes walking distance, shops nearby, and restaurants also easily reachable.
It has a very nice garden - an ideal place to chat and chill. Very well equipped; a grill place is also available.
The house is very well equipped - basically all you need for a convenient stay.
Although is very close to the main road of Laganas, it is very quiet - in my opinion much better choice for families than hotels full with partying young people :)

Mr Stratos meet us at the property to provide us with a detailed tour and left us the keys. The property was very comfort, exceptionally clean and Mr Stratos was very welcoming/friendly and very much available to us should we have any questions and or queries. He kindly gave my grandson a soft turtle and myself a beautiful birthday cake towards the end of our stay. The property was cleaned every 3 days to an exceptional standard. The pool area was very well catered for and our holiday stay manager Maria was brilliant enabling us to keep in touch about anything that came up - resolving questions/queries within minutes. A huge thank you to all the team for helping to make our holiday so memorable.

We enjoyed our stay at Leeda's Village very much. We loved the quiet and chilling atmosphere and the use of local products....it was like a modern farm surrounded by olive trees. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and helped us with everything we needed.
There is plenty of space outside with different seating areas and a nice BBQ area. The pool is a good size and pleasantly refreshing even in 40 degrees! . There are 3 good sized en-suite bedrooms. 2 with TV and Netflix.
Plenty of seating and space inside the villa. The 2 upstairs bedrooms both have nice balconies front and back useful when needing some shade.
We had a perfect week at Vafias Villa. The accommodation is so beautiful and the location is perfect!! Short walk down to the beach and some delicious local restaurants, but far enough away that it is secluded and private.
Anna was so helpful, left us fresh eggs and vegetables, and local olive oil, and was always on hand for any questions we had, The owners also went above and beyond and installed a handrail for us! We would recommend this villa to anyone, we had the best time and would love to come back again. Thank you
The house is amazing and offers all you need. The owners are super friendly and are super helpful to get you to nice places like restaurants and others. During our stay, they also completely cleaned the house once, including all towels. This is something you won't see other villas do. This gives you a really luxurious feeling and is much appreciated. Every day the swimming pool is cleaned. We highly recommend the villa, and we would like to come back!
Hotel located on a farm with vineyards, very beautiful villas, renovated and well equipped and with wonderful views. Very attentive and friendly staff, always attentive to your needs. Very good swimming pool and excellent breakfast. I recommend anyone to visit Zakynthos.
Highlights: The family atmosphere in the village, the location in the middle of a green olive grove, the loving design of the exterior. Not much choice in food, but what was offered was delicious (both breakfast and dinner recommendable). Very friendly and accommodating personnel. From the nearby beach, you might be able to spot turtles in the sea (we saw a few in some distance). Also, very beautiful view on Marathonisi from the balcony of the villas.
