Great location in the center, minutes walk from the port. The house has 2 suites, A and B. We spent time in both, and they're both good, but we liked B better, since it's bigger with slightly better facilities, and faces a smaller street with less traffic.

The suite was very nicely laid out with an good sized bedroom, bathroom, and living space. The location of the suite was perfectly situated within walking distance to to the harbour, old town, ports, and historical locations, but also far enough away from all the restaurants and bars to be quiet at night. The The shower was super powerful had lots of hot water. There was even 2 kinds of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived.

Unbelievable! the views are as good as the photos and the sunsets are amazing. We’d come back to this villa in a heartbeat. It was the perfect 3 night stop before a beach resort.
If you are driving, set the sat nav to “Olympia” restaurant Zia, then change to the address (this keeps you on the main roads until the end). Rent a decent car for off roading the last 5 mins- as everyone says it’s only scary the first time!

Amazing vila designed with sense for design. I loved details in there, bathrooms with their view to “jungle” makes you feeling like in other country. Very cean, very well equiped. You stay nearly at the top of Kos mountains above village Zia. The view from hot tube and terace is really nice. Simply perfect place if you are not looking for seaside stay and prefere privacy. Villa is very well equiped, fully usable kitchen and everything you need. Host is very friendly. I believe to return back very soon.
Great villa with all required amenities. Quiet and cozy. All new. Highly recommended. Just note that it is more convenient to rent a car as the waiting time for the taxi can take long.

the villa is extremely comfortable, beds , linen of good quality. and great bathrooms with nice touches.
The property standard was outstanding and Kallia was a very attentive and helpful owner. The villa was cleaned every two days and I always had a free bottle of wine every two days which was a nice touch :). We loved watching the sunset and we left with great memories of this place. Will definitely try to book this villa again if we decide to return to Kos.
