After a few busy days in Athens, we wanted to get closer to the sea and experience the slower pace of the countryside. Aurora Studio made us feel at home. Amazing location. 2 minute drive from beaches, shops and restaurants. Car not really necessary if you’re staying in the town as only 10 min walk to the front. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful. It was a potless and had everything we could have wanted. Terrace and outdoor areas were beautiful and very peaceful. Although we didn’t use it, there was also a private jacuzzi. Hosts were lovely and very helpful and also made us a welcome cake which was delicious. Had accidentally made the booking for a family with a baby, and a lovely cot was already set up inside. Overall, everything was fantastic.

This house is just HUGE!
We were greeted and showed around a beautifully clean house. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and loads of breakfast items on the bar for you to enjoy during your stay. (Honeys, jams, coffees, biscuits, croissants etc etc). The double bedroom in which we stayed in had the most amazing view of the sea (all bedrooms do). All bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the downstairs area.
Parking just in front of the property so easy unloading. Space outside in the garden to enjoy morning coffees!
Lounge was spacious and very comfortable.

The hosts of the villa were happy to help with anything we needed. We were arriving early- much earlier than the check in time for the villa. I sent an email to eleni asking if we could get the keys earlier because I have 3 small children and this was no problem for her! I was so happy. The place was spotlessly clean and the kids were in heaven with the pool and grass area to play football on.

Can't wait to stay again
We were greeted and properly toured the villa. Answering all of our questions. The host was amazing. She was very thorough and explained in detail things about the villa and the surrounding area. Gave us instructions how to cross over to the beach, safely. Plenty of options for dining. Also, we stopped at Lidl grocery store before we got to the villa. So we were set with groceries. I'd recommend bringing or buying coffee filters and coffee for the coffee machine.
Overall, it was a very beautiful villa with an amazing view.
The sophistication and comfort of Villa Emily was like stepping back into the Golden Age of Cinema. The high windows and deep terraces; the grand piano with the Mediterranean glinting in the background; the layout of the kitchen, which allowed you to serve drinks and lay dinner at the same time; the upstairs balcony with its sweeping view to the sea; even the two bedrooms linked with swing doors to their respective nurseries. It was really a glimpse into how life used to be: and how it can be still!

This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Bed was really comfortable.
The village is an easy 15 minute walk downhill. Best part is you can get an Uber really quick for only €4 to come back up the hill.
