Fantastic welcome from the host, they came to take us at the boat, we’re more than nice and helpful and they brought us home made fresh salted pies in the morning which were excellent ! The place is very well decorated and a great attention to details. Kitchen is super well equipped and showers perfectly nice. Looking forward to coming back

John's houses are located literally in the middle of Koufonisi, since you can reach every major place within 20 minutes walk. Either you want to go at Pori Beach, the Port or Foinikas and Fanos, if you like nature and walking this is a great solution! Spotless clean apartment, with nice balcony to enjoy the amazing view and all the amenities you might need on your vacation! Manolis is also a great host, since he is always available, he was helpful with our transportation from / to the port, since it's a bit handy to carry your luggages from the port to the establishment. A great place to feel the Cycladic vibe and highly recommended for sure!

Amazing accommodation in the heart of Koufonisia. The facilities were fantastic however the incredible hospitality from Sofia was the winner here. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to this little island. We will definately stay here again.

We loved the location and the atmospheric set up of the building. It was at a rather isolated spot which created tranquility. The view from the terrace is amazing. We literally spent one entire day sitting at the terrace watching the blue Aegean sea and relaxing. We also went to the bright blue waters of the sea just down the place. It was like our private sea. Marina, our host was so kind and welcoming. She even brought us birthday cakes for my birthday which was so kind. We loved her. She was very helpful in every way. The owner also spoke to us on the phone welcoming us to his place which was also a very kind move. The kitchen was rich it had all possible gadgets.
