The house has excellent location - beach only 1-2 minutes walking distance, shops nearby, and restaurants also easily reachable.
It has a very nice garden - an ideal place to chat and chill. Very well equipped; a grill place is also available.
The house is very well equipped - basically all you need for a convenient stay.
Although is very close to the main road of Laganas, it is very quiet - in my opinion much better choice for families than hotels full with partying young people :)

The view is stunning, arguably the best place to enjoy a sunrise. Spacious garden, large pool and a nice BBQ space. You definitely need a car to get there, but there is a small beach at 10 minutes walk down hill (with some local restaurants and a rent-a-boat). The hosts are very friendy and accomodating. The price is at the top of the island, but the views of this house are worth it.

The location in an old village with a beautiful view of the countryside was great. It was lovely sitting outside on the terrace, especially in the morning sun. The central location is very good for visiting all parts of the island. The old traditional house was very interesting and comfortable to stay in with all mod cons. The owners are very friendly & helpful. It was so kind of them to give us their delicious home-made jam & other food.

Lovely self-contained first-floor apartment in Koiliomenos. Had everything we needed and with great views of the surrounding countryside. Perfect for our needs, as our daughter is living in the village over the summer whilst she works nearby. Just a short walk into the village where there are a couple of cafes and two really nice tavernas. Perfect.
House is located in a good position from where you can have a beautiful view of the village and sea.. It is located in a very quiet area. Very comfortable rooms and the design is amazing like you are staying in some kind of castle. You have a beautiful terrace to spend your moments with family and friends while making a barbecue. Mr. Thomas is a very polite host and helped us a lot with suggestions about the best restaurants and locations on the island.
