The view is stunning, arguably the best place to enjoy a sunrise. Spacious garden, large pool and a nice BBQ space. You definitely need a car to get there, but there is a small beach at 10 minutes walk down hill (with some local restaurants and a rent-a-boat). The hosts are very friendy and accomodating. The price is at the top of the island, but the views of this house are worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay here with our little one year old. Warm reception by the owner who was really helpful when we needed anything. Facilities were available as described. Very idyllic and peaceful location in the midst of olive groves and greenery surrounding the property. Beautiful Keri beach is only 5 minutes away.

Everything was absolutely great. We had the villa for ourselves. The best thing was a sitting on the terrace. It was spacious place with a beautiful view on the sea. We loved it. Inside the villa are 2 separate bedroom. Clear and comfortable beds. The bathroom had shower and was modernly furnished. In the kitchen was fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a lot of dishes.
If you like solitude you will be satisfied. We were excited. No one anywhere. I would stay here longer very much. And thank you very much for present in the fridge.

The house has excellent location - beach only 1-2 minutes walking distance, shops nearby, and restaurants also easily reachable.
It has a very nice garden - an ideal place to chat and chill. Very well equipped; a grill place is also available.
The house is very well equipped - basically all you need for a convenient stay.
Although is very close to the main road of Laganas, it is very quiet - in my opinion much better choice for families than hotels full with partying young people :)

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Dennis and Tanya Villas in Laganas. The villa was in a perfect location – just a 5-minute walk from the strip, shops, and restaurants, and only a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach. It gave us the best of both worlds – peaceful and quiet at the villa, yet close enough to enjoy everything Laganas has to offer.
Dennis was incredibly helpful and always there for anything we needed. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we could ask for – a private swimming pool, BBQ area, and we were always provided with fresh, clean towels. It truly made our holiday perfect.

The villa was absolutely amazing, it's located on the hill where it is quiet and peaceful. But if you want to go out, you can drive 5 min to the Keri beach which has bars and restaurants and some shops.

The Reveira stone Villas are right next to the island's most beautiful sunset. The location is magnificent. You wake up surrounded by mountains with a splendid view of the sea on one side and the sunrise on the other. Then you end the day with the sun setting on the horizon, making the deeply blue water shine and the mountains glow in a thousand shades of green.

Villa Phoenix in Zakynthos exceeded all my expectations. The beautiful garden created a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Its close proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient. The villas were beautiful and the views were simply stunning! Every day we got up early just to see the sunrise, so magnificent! Athina was such a wonderful hostess and offered her help and experience.
Everything was so amazing, and Athina as a host went above and beyond to make our stay so great. We were so pleased with the villas and how much indoor and outdoor space they had, the beds were also very comfortable and the view was superb. The villa also had a shared outdoor space with a view to the east where we were able to watch the sunrise. Keri village is super cute and just down the road where we got our capuchino freddos from in the mornings :)
