The house is more than a house, it is a home which is glad to welcome its visitors. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable and inviting. The house has 2 terraces and a balcony, practically one for each room. In the morning you can hear roosters singing outside. The living room is very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the washing machine in the bathroom is a spoil. The air conditioners (each room has individual air conditioners) are more than enough, providing the perfect temperature. Regina and Kostas, the owners, are great people who make you feel part of the family. Moreover, the suggestions for the visits, the beaches and the contacts provided are so very welcomed. We've been to many places in Greece but this is by far the best. I LOVE HOUSE KOCHYLI!

We absolutely loved the villa and the beautiful views of the sea and mountains were breathtaking (and only a 20min drive from the airport). It had everything we needed as a family and the communication with the owners / housekeeper was excellent. The BBQ was great and the kitchen was well equipped.
There's also a stunning beach at the bottom of the hill (5 - 10min walk). It gets busy during the day, so we went for an early morning swim at 8am most days when there was only one or two other people at the beach - blissful.
We hired a car so we could travel around the island and we also hired a boat for the day from a great local company called Ortus - which was so much fun.

We arrived on the island by ferry to Poros. From the directions we received from the owners, we found the place easily as well as the keys. The Villa looks exactly like the pictures. Spacious, new, excellently furnished with all the amenities you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishes. The pool is wonderful. Large and well maintained. The location is excellent for exploring the island. It is located in a small village near Argostoli and most of the sandy beaches of the island.
It was a peaceful and romantic place.
The owner is responsive and not intrusive.
The property has private parking. There is also a covered garage. 4 minutes by car there are great taverns with authentic Greek cuisine. There is a supermarket on the way to Argostoli. We recommend renting a car if you don't have your own.
Kefalonia is a beautiful island that has preserved the charm of the countryside.
We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back. We highly recommend this lovely villa.

Incredible location. So quiet and peaceful - great refuge after a day out. Hariklia is an amazing host. Very hospitable and attentive. Villa is extremely clean comfortable and spacious. And the pool is incredible. We had a car which is essential to explore the island and its treasures. Some very good tavernas near by in walking distance and also some great quiet beaches.

Our host Nico was really attentive to all our needs, nothing was too much trouble.

We LOVED our stay at Trapezaki Garden Villas! The view from the villa is absolutely breath-taking, the villa and surrounding were immaculate and very tranquil, the swimming pool is lovely and the vegetable garden a real bonus (fresh tomatoes, aubergines, basilicum!). The location is really handy for all sorts of outings. Amanda was super helpful in giving tips, even before we arrived. We (a family with 2 teenagers) highly recommend Trapezaki Garden Villas!
Everything was exceptional about this property. From the design as a whole to the pool areas, the well equipped kitchens, the furniture and decor and just the general feeling of being in such a beautiful space. It all feels like brand new and is so comfortable and clean. It was perfection. We stayed in both the villas as we had two families holidaying together. This gave us more than enough space. We would switch between the two pools and houses as we pleased.
A beautiful Villa, so nice to be all on one level. Well equipped with everything you would need for your stay and so nice to have basic provisions on arrival considering we arrived so late, and the delightful treats, what a lovely welcome!

Jasmine is one of several villas, nicely spaced, and not overlooked from each other. They are located on an easily accessible slight hill, but afford beautiful surrounding views. There are a few restaurants within walking distance from any of the garden villas. Amanda, the owner, is very friendly and always on hand with helpful advise and information. The villa was clean, with modern furnishings, and comfortable beds.
Such a beautiful villa with a private pool - modern, stylish, roomy and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Wonderfully kind hosts who introduced themselves when we arrived and who gave advice and recommendations about places to eat and about beaches and places to visit. We have been quite frequent visitors to the island but this is the first time that we have taken a sailing to Ithaca - which we took from Agie Efimia and which we enjoyed very much.
This has been a great place to stay.
It is really spacious and the garden around is amazing, very beautiful and well maintained. There is a large pool adjacent to the terrace with dining area, everything is very clean and in excellent condition. The owner is very welcoming and has provided many little things that are lacking in other villas. There is even a canopy for parking, so it was not so hot to get in the car.
Themis has excellent communication skills and is very attentive to your needs nothing was any trouble and if made a very pleasurable stay I would without hesitation recommend St.Thomas villas to anyone
