The house is more than a house, it is a home which is glad to welcome its visitors. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable and inviting. The house has 2 terraces and a balcony, practically one for each room. In the morning you can hear roosters singing outside. The living room is very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the washing machine in the bathroom is a spoil. The air conditioners (each room has individual air conditioners) are more than enough, providing the perfect temperature. Regina and Kostas, the owners, are great people who make you feel part of the family. Moreover, the suggestions for the visits, the beaches and the contacts provided are so very welcomed. We've been to many places in Greece but this is by far the best. I LOVE HOUSE KOCHYLI!

A gorgeous villa on the edge of the hotel complex. The villa has use of the large hotel pool but then you can retire to the peace and quiet of the large villa terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted sea view. The hotel also has a small beach/swimming platform into the sea. the villa itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was really helpful and was quick to sort out any issues. The complex is approx 4km outside of Skala, when e didn't want to drive taxis were only 8 euros each way which the hotel reception were happy to call for us.

Location was amazing. Quiet and secluded away from the hustle and bustle. But only 5min drive to the nearest beach and village. Apartment was very clean. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly with plenty of knowledge about the island and suggestions of where to visit and eat.

Every bedroom has aircon and its own bathroom which proved to be our favourite feature! The pool is huge and great for swimming in. Maria met us on arrival despite our flight being delayed so nearly midnight. she had baked some food for us and had beer / juice / water / fresh fruit in the villa ready for us which was so lovely. 4 adults and 1 child we had plenty of room. The villa was spotless, and Maria came to clean once, and the pool twice. Maria also cooked moussaka for us one night which was delicious and so thoughtful. We are very familiar with the area and nothing you need is further than a 15 min walk, but also easy to have as a base and explore the island. We are already wanting to book again next year just for longer!

Harry was a fabulous host. A phone call and he was 5 minutes away. Villa was lovely and all have a pool view. There are only 5 villas who share the pool, but you often had it to yourselves.
2 bedrooms and a separate lounge area was absolutely perfect for our family. Aircon was great and much needed in the hot summer. Beach and restaurants 10 min walk away and a mini market just opposite. We'll be back!
The area and the views were stunning. The villa was very clean and perfect for a family holiday. The private pool was cleaned every day and wasn't overlooked. The village beach and bars were so relaxing and the people were so kind and welcoming. Villa included instructions on how to use everything and it was very easy to contact management company if we needed anything.
The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived and was cleaned every day. Fresh bedding and towels mid-stay.

The pool was lovely, great size & often we were the only ones using it - the kids loved it!
Lovely furnished apartment in lovely maintained grounds. Very peaceful and short walk to mini market and then further down road to the beach. There is a cut through which takes 10 minutes of the walk. When you walk out of property drive turn left then when you walk past two villas there is a dirt track on your right walk up till you come to concrete steps to a taverna and then you on main road. Glad we found on our first day.
A small group of 2 bedroomed simple villas an easy 10 mins walk to Katelios beach/village, with a mini market and bar right next door and great bakery 5 mins walk away. Katelios is great, surrounded by mountains with a few beachfront tavernas and bars - small, very relaxed. Lovely pool, beautiful gardens. Harry the manager popped in to check we were ok most days and is really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of returning guests, always a good sign.

Villa Dei Sogni is a perfect retreat if you are looking for relaxation in peaceful surroundings. Beautiful pool area, great rooms which are huge and cleaned every day.
Bedding etc of exceptional quality, seen towels to take to use by the pool. All I would say is if anyone visiting is not fit, it is a fair walk to main road to then walk again about 15-20 mins to waterfront area and tavernas. Definitely recommend a visit
