Beautiful villa, clean and comfortable, in an excellent location with friendly and professional hosts. Supermarket, restaurants, boat hire, shopping all readily accessible. A good balance of low key family time and socialising. Plenty for the young in both Kassiopi and Stefanos - we tended to book taxis ahead. White House was excellent but also loved the local tavernas. We walked to the pebble beach but if you really don’t want the 8 min walk back uphill you can park at the beach. Would recommend a car for supermarket trips and to discover places further afield. We were so happy there that we didn’t go far. Perfect for our group of 8 - 6 young (19-26) and 2 not so young.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! The house is wonderful with everything you need (and even more) for relaxing holidays. It’s quite new, modern, comfortable, well furnished and tastefully designed, creating a welcoming and serene atmosphere. Everything was very clean.
The terrace is huge with a lot of sunbeds and seating options. You can always find a place in the sun or the shadow.
The view is magnificent, perched on a quiet and secluded hillside that offers perfect tranquillity.
Our host (the lovely Maria) was exceptionally warm and helpful, always available to assist and make sure we felt at home. In addition, a great care package was provided at arrival.
We had an incredible time and will come back for certain.

Great heating as staying in December. Booked literally an hour before I needed to get in and host was there waiting to carry my bags. Honestly it's a great find.

Fantastic location and views. It’s in a little cluster of houses and villas overlooking agios Stefanos. It’s very accessible and an ideal base for exploring the area.
The Villa was perfect for a big group of people like us, there were 12 of us and it had everything we needed. When hiring out both villas we had the whole pool area to ourselves, which we were able to use the bbq and have sunset dinners by the pool, such a plus! View was stunning & super close to the cutest town Kassiopi. Also we loved Mila the dog, who pretty much came with the villa, she's super friendly and we loved having her around!
There are literally no words to describe the utter perfection of this villa. It was simply stunning and blew all our minds. Complete luxury, everything we could have wanted and more. Days spent either in the pool, resting in airconditioned rooms, playing pool or wandering around the gorgeous Kassiopi town (if you go, make sure to rent a boat from Fillipos Boats) made for a perfect 40th birthday holiday with my family. We cannot wait to return. Yiannis and Karolina the housekeeper are special people.
Location was superb, a short walk into town, and a short walk from several beaches. The pool was very clean, a good temperature, and the kids partition much appreciated. Villas were cleaned every couple of days and they had all the necessary amenities.
The location was amazing, very short stroll to the beautiful Avlaki Beach with a couple of very good tavernas. The villas were great with good layouts and facilities. Pools were fantastic. Very tranquil. The mid-week change of towels and bedding was good.
Fantastic villa in every way. A true luxury experience. Pool cleaning and house keeping even during a short stay. Wifi super fast and effective, probably best I have ever had when travelling. Coffee and sugar supplied, but no salt, pepper or other foodstuffs - no complaint, just information.
Wonderful quiet location 2 minutes walk from the harbour and numerous tavernas in Kassiopi. The views from the balconies are incredible. The villa itself is spacious and very well appointed. The hosts, Lucy and Kostas, were only a phone call away to help with any questions we had or to arrange transport to the airport.
Staying at Solaris Methea - Luxury Central Villa was a truly wonderful experience.
Probably one of the nicest villas we’ve ever stayed in. Photos really don’t do it justice. Four big double bedrooms (2x double and 2 x twin) all with their own bathroom and own outdoor access. The views are to die for - especially from the upstairs balcony. You could never tire of the view.
Everything is super clean and well equipped. Louiza did a superb job cleaning for us. Heidi was definitely a ‘super-host’ - really relaxed and friendly and replied immediately to any texts or questions.
Would highly recommend.
Attractive apartments about 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the village centre. Mine had two bedrooms and a big balcony - not much of a view, but a pleasant location. Very clean. The apartments share a nice private pool, though there's no view. Keys were collected from the supermarket next door (same owners). I enjoyed staying here for convenience, parking and comfort. The host kept in touch with massages to check everything was OK. I would definitely stay here again.
