Great vacation property. It is hard to describe the satisfaction with our stay at the property. It was a wonderful experience. This is a small cottage perched on a hillside in the charming mountain village of Tresia, with breathtaking views of Karadmili Bay. The property is what you see in the pictures and more. Very clean, furnished with taste and attention to detail, this is an incredibly charming place. Large bedroom, comfortable mattress, storage space. Very well organized and equipped kitchen with sofa bed. Large bathroom with big enough walk-in shower, static and hand shower, which is rare in Greek hotels - usually there is only a hand shower, which does not have a stand to hang on the wall and is super inconvenient.
The owner is very kind, welcoming and friendly. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a home. Upon arrival, juices, cold water, wine and milk was waiting for us in the fridge, as well as there was crackers on the table in the kitchen. Coffee, water, and other things that are hard for me now to remember and list were provided also.
The view from the terrace is stunning - more than expected and the terrace is perfect for a leisurely morning or afternoon breakfast or even dinner. The silence is so calming, and I'm not sure if I've ever seen so many stars in the sky at night. The sunset is also remebarable.
The village where the house is located is about 5 km away from the main road between Karadamili and Kalamata, 10-15 minutes from Karadamili and 25 minutes from Kalamata. You must be willing to travel to the beaches or nearby villages. The road is winding, but well maintained and nice. The village itself is extremely charming with its cozy stone houses - architecture specific to the region. There are two tavernas in the village which offer amazing local home cooked food and beautiful views.

Lovely spacious house with two large front facing balcony/terraces and a smaller balcony to the side. A great view to the sea from the upper balcony. Balcony furniture including chairs, tables and sunbeds. Air conditioning throughout. Private parking space and good sized kitchen/dining area. Bedrooms were located downstairs, opening onto the lower terrace. The property was located just off the main road, which was not overly busy or disturbing, especially at night. the small tourist village of Agios Nikolaos, with it's lovely harbour and excellent tavernas, was approx 15 minutes walk, mainly flat, either by the road or through olive groves. Pantazi Beach with a couple of beach bars and nice Taverna was similar distance. All in all it was an excellent choice for our stay in the Agios Nikolaos/Stoupa area.

Absolutely gorgeous little place right on a magnificent beach. Very clean, with everything we needed at our doorstep. We had a couple of delicious taverna meals two doors up from the home and great coffee from next door. Friendly people all around. The kids loved snorkelling, using the bat & ball, and making sandcastles. Great for a family stay.

Although the hotel is not in the centre of Kardamyli, it is close enough to walk and being above the village, provides the most glorious views over Old Kardamyli. the village, bay and surrounding rugged scenery. Little tables and chairs all around, as well as your own balcony, provide opportunity for differing vantages.
Very friendly and helpful hosts in Voula and Akis. Nice breakfasts. We enjoyed the yogurt, fresh chopped fruit, with small pots of chopped walnuts in honey. Incredibly comfortable, huge beds!

The main house we stayed in for 8 days of the holiday was fabulous. The house is clean, well equipped and the pool was lovely, especially with the benefit of the new large sun parasols (one of the other reviews said there was no shade). The walk to the village is about 5 mins.

A short walk and you were right in the village , close to cafes ,the beaches /swimming spots and local tavernas .
The room was comfortable and had everything you need for a few nights or a week .Stella is a lovely Greek woman who brings not only coffee but all kinds of treats while you’re there .
Beautiful family owned resort. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Secluded, great place to escape for a romantic vacation. Looking tor a beach destination, probably not here, rocky coast, but if you just want to get some sun, there is a great little place carved out. Small village, with some great restaurants, but didn't see much nightlife
it’s such a lovely place surrounded full of olive trees. The apartment was beautifully decorated with hand made mosaics, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Robin is a great host doing his best to make guests stay comfortably. The villas is not forgettable.
We rented two of the villas. Both were great. Annamarie and Robin were wonderful hosts. Friendly and welcoming, helpful with local information and extremely fast to respond to and deal with a small leak we had in a sink. It's a beautiful part of Greece we hadn't visited before and definitely hope to return soon.
