Every detail in the villa was very good, the view, the attention of the host, the cleanliness of the rooms, everything was very good. I felt like I came to my grandfather's summer house. It was great to swim in the perfect sea right in front of the villa, take a shower in the garden, and chill on the terrace. Best restaurants, supermarket are walking distance.

The house is fantastic, spacious, well-equiped and with outdoor spaces overlooking the bay. Fantastic breakfasts and evenings watching sunrise/sunset over the sea. It's just a short walk to some restaurants, the minimarket and the beach. It's very conveniently located for climbing (walking distance to some sectors and a midpoint for other sectors you might want to go by scooter). The free transfer on arrival is very convenient and appreciated. Bedsheets were changed for fresh ones during our stay and the host was very responsive to any requests (when the strong winds broke the zipties that held the terrace tarp, he came within the hour to replace them, wish landlords back home were this efficient!). He was always easy to reach by Whatsapp and helped with everything he could.

The house is very well built. It stays cool on hot days and warm at night.
The view is one of the best we saw the whole month we were there. Incredible at any time of day or night it's beautiful.
The location is especially good for climbers. It's very close to an exceptional crag with routes for all skill levels (grades 4+ to 8+ in the cave) even for kids.
The WiFi was good but we recommend mobile phone internet for working remotely.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The sea view from the house is absolutely stunning, and every room is equipped with air-conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We were a group of six, and the space was perfect for us. The homeowner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. We were so happy with Private House Niki Kalymnos. On arrival, the fridge was lightly stocked with essentials. Our host delivered freshly baked pastries. The house is immaculate with a fine kitchen, barbecue and a full flow of hot water in the shower.
The views are amazing.
It takes 10 minutes to drive to Masouri and two minutes to the best Supermarket on the island.

Brand new modern development with high standards of finish throughout . We had the pool suite which was so spacious it felt more like a villa rental. Super comfortable beds with great linen. Complimentary food, toiletries, drinks were excellent. This felt like a 5 star hotel experience.

Firstly the location of property is excellent, the villa is in a lovely setting with the apartments around the pool.
Accommodation was big and very roomy, the pool again big and well kept. Staff are lovely and very helpful, there is plenty to choose from for breakfast.
We loved our stay at Villa Melina! The pool, breakfast, room and people were perfect. The family who run the villa are very helpful, hospitable and professional. It was one of our favourite stays through the whole of Europe. Relaxing beautiful place. We enjoyed it a lot and I will recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful little oasis in Kalymnos. The rooms are an extension of an old villa/mansion. The design is perfect- lovely and tranquil, felt like I was somewhere really special.
I have travelled all over the world for forty years, and Villa Odyssey is *the most perfect house I have stayed in*. The stupendous view to Telendos will remain with me for life. The villa's brand-new, boldly proportioned, decorated with magnificent, elegant simplicity, luminous, luxuriously spacious, flawless. Sevasti and his family treated us *as* family. We'll come back as soon as we can. You should book it today and fly tomorrow, if you can.
The owner met us at the property and welcomed us to Kalymnos with a wonderful tour of the house, and on arrival we had a fully stocked fridge and pantry with everything we could need.
The house is remote but that gives you privacy and the chance to relax and enjoy the beach, the sea and spectacular sunsets. Nice villages within a short drive. Emporios was worth the visit for a meal by the beach.
All in all one of the best villas we have stayed in Europe and would certainly love to return.
