The house has excellent location - beach only 1-2 minutes walking distance, shops nearby, and restaurants also easily reachable.
It has a very nice garden - an ideal place to chat and chill. Very well equipped; a grill place is also available.
The house is very well equipped - basically all you need for a convenient stay.
Although is very close to the main road of Laganas, it is very quiet - in my opinion much better choice for families than hotels full with partying young people :)

Beautiful brand new villa in convenient location. Has literally everything you’d need plus a great outdoor pool and BBQ area. Very comfy beds too! Easy to get supplies at nearby supermarkets and quick drive to Zakynthos Town, Kalamaki, Laganas, Argassi or Keri (our favourite) for sightseeing/lunch/dinner. We rented a boat at Keri, highly recommended!

The villa was comfortable, air-conditioning worked really well, and the location was remote but not too far from the well-known strip people go during the day and night. John was there to help us when we needed and was always very friendly.
Location was perfect host John was amazing the villa had everything you could want and nothing too much trouble. Immaculate and had additional cleaning during our stay. John rescued me when i got lost and provided advice on best sights and places to eat. Would not hesitate to return
During our stay in Zakynthos we very much enjoyed everything this villa has to offer. The house is nicely decorated, clean and spacious and the pool is lovely.
What might be even better is the incredibly nice host. John is very friendly and helpful which relieved us of a lot during our stay.
The villa was above and beyond what we expected, being bigger in real life than it looked in the photos, and with everything you could ever need including cutlery, dishes, glasses, towels, and more. It was close enough to the laganas strip to be walkable but far enough to not be bothered by the parties.
