Apostolis was a great host. Kind and helpful in every way. He was there to greet us when we arrived and presented us with a bottle of wine, a bowl of fruit and some delicious breakfast cakes, but other than that he completely respected our privacy, whilst being quick to respond on Whatsapp when we had a couple of things we needed to ask him. Elis Superb Villa is in a fantastic position in the hills overlooking Ierapetra. And the villa really is nice.
Roomy, beautifully furnished, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The air-conditioning was a blessing, as we were there when it was really hot. A particularly good feature was the fact that the bedroom we used, as well as having air-conditioning, had mosquito netting over the window which was highly effective, enabling us to relax in the large and comfortable bed at night with the window open. But for us perhaps the best feature was the beautiful covered terrace where we spent our evenings eating, drinking and admiring the stunning views down to the sea and Ierapetra. Thanks, Apostolis. We give Elis Superb Villa our highest recommendation and look forward to staying there again.

We were lucky to be upgraded to the Istron luxury villas (Daphne) and we especially enjoyed the lovely pool with salt water (hence not with many chemicals) that our children spent hours in. Also very comfortable beds, well working air conditioning and not the least: the kindest and most attentive host in Dimitris and other staff.
Perfect location in the village Istron (Kalo Horio), close to the best beach Voulisma. Everything you need for a cool vocation is around: bars, supermarkets, best beach club, car rental, bus stop. Definitely worth to come back! And the owners are super friendly and helpful! Thanks a lot!

This was a beautiful villa. Lovely location and great view. We stayed in the Artemis villa which has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped to cook the odd meal, great when you have a toddler!
The beach is about 4 min walk away (with a toddler) and shared with the Hotel and other guest houses nearby.
These villas are family owned and run. It is genuinely a lovely place to stay and Dimitris, Marianna and Andonis went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you for the Lego, rocking horse and cheese pie!

The hotel has both rooms in the main building and villas. There is private beach, in a bay, very nice and clean, with sun umbrellas and beach beds free of charge. And a beach bar. You can walk about 15-20 mins to the village for restaurants and supermarkets. A bus stop is just at the entrance of the hotel (regional buses, to and Heraklion). The reception staff is very nice and eager to help with whatever you need.
