This is one of our best stays ever. The house was in a perfect location, perfectly clean, maintained and with all the things you could need. Besides the place and location being excellent, I am really writing this because owners of this property are incredible people, Elisa and Theologos were just incredible host. They helped us with every single thing we could have needed in the island. I rarely write reviews but this was one of those fantastic experiences and Elisa and Theologos just deserve the highest praise. You won't regret your stay here.

As soon as we arrived we knew immediately we had found a gem. Popi’s house has everything you need, it’s spacious & comfortable, spotlessly clean, it’s walking distance from the hora, the monastery & some good tavernas.
The roof terrace is spectacular with wonderful sea views but above all this Popi is the star. Her hospitality, kindness & generosity went over & beyond. Thank you Popi for collecting us from the ferry, helping us with our car hire, driving us to the supermarket on our first day, we loved staying with you & will be back.

The villas are beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, well designed and have unbeatable views across the island. But the real jewel in the crown of this hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is delicious (unbeatable chia pudding!) and the food is the best we had on the island by a mile. Maria and the team are doing an excellent job, highly recommend.
Everything about Patmos Villas is beyond expectations. It is quiet with lovely views, very comfortable and clean . Thomas and family are exceptional hosts ,they have made my stay very enjoyable and memorable .

The villa is new build, clean and very well equipped. We ( 2 adults + 2 kids), spend a really fantastic holidays here. Besides the nice interior, the biggest plus is the closeness to the beach Groikos. The owner and his partner were very friendly and caring and made us feel truly comfortable as everything we had discussed via emails was there. We have seen many great villas, but this is the first time we really want to re-visit next year. Highly recommend!!
We had the most wonderful time at Patmos Villas ! Thomas really is a superhost, from his warm welcome at the Skala port to helping us out with any practical needs during our stay, he made us feel at home. We now have a friend at Patmos ! The apartment is simple and clean, just perfectly situated at a 5' walk to the beautiful Grikos beach with little taverns for fresh fish meals. Everything was just perfect. Many thanks again Thomas for a wonderful stay !
Wow what a beautiful hotel. The staff who welcomed me on arrival were excellent and gave me a tour of the facilities. The room itself was so quiet and beautiful. There was so much space, the bed was comfy and the private pool was perfect to cool down in the heat. Breakfast was delicious and I will definitely return to this luxury hotel.
Patmos Villas located at Grikos bay, an ideal location between the majestic Chora of Patmos and the traditional port of Skala for visitors to enjoy their visit to Patmos island. The family who owns Patmos Villas is personally engaged running the property and have created a very efficient team who orchestrates around their guests the most peaceful and relaxing stay. Our location is extremely good. The hotel is very stylish and luxurious. Towels, sheets, everything was extremely clean. If I have to make a small criticism, the floor of the room, the terrace and the private pool and the room could have been cleaner. other than that everything is perfect
Patmos Villa absolutely exceeded my expectations. The "studio" consisted of a huge living room with a table a daybed, and a sizable kitchen. There was a lovely large balcony as well, where birds would visit every day. Thomas was an incredible host who was generous enough to let me check out later. My friends stayed in a couple of the other hotels on the street, and Patmos Villas had larger facilities than all of them, I highly recommend it!
This property was stunning. It was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable with beautiful views and a wonderfully peaceful ambience. Thomas is the best host I have come across..thoughtful, helpful but never intrusive.
My wife and I loved this place so much we did not want to leave and will definitely return. After a week here we feel energized and rejuvenated. Incredible restaurant just a minute away at the nearby beach. A truly ideal location. Anyone who wants to visit lovely Patmos must book an apartment at Patmos Villas.
Cannot emphasize enough how much we appreciated the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. Thomas was extremely helpful and welcoming, going out of his way to offer assistance whenever it was necessary.
On our late night arrival by ferry, Thomas was at the port to greet us and secure a taxi to the villas. Breakfast delivered to our room every morning was such a relaxing way to start each day.
