Good location, close to Gennadi AND Kiotari. Very peaceful (apart from the cockerel next door!) Sunbeds are great, kitchen had everything (except scissors?), wifi good in the house but weak at the pool, lovely swimming pool, views of the sea from bottom of garden and balcony. Everything was perfect, amazing two weeks!! Stelios, the great host, explained the location of the keys and was very responsive. The house is very close to the sea in a calm neighbourhood, away from crowds of tourists. There is a shop nearby, accessible by car. It is very close to Prasonissi Beach and Lindos. Overall, it is a very peaceful house; we took our dog with us as the property is pet-friendly.

Amazing accomodation at beautiful place. Very spacious villa with big rooms and two bathrooms. The beach is right in front of the villa with provided sunbeds and umbrella. You feel like you have beach only for yourself. :) Small shops and restaurants are by walking distance from villa. We stayed with my family members so option of grill at the terace was amazing. Cleaning was provided once per week which was really appreciated. Accomodation is providing enough privacy, really calm area without any noisy interruptions. I fully recommend!

Beautiful white villas side by side in a great location. In the photos it looks like it is far from the town center but it is very close walking distance to the sea and the center. We already have our own private pool, but the coast is so calm that we also had our own private sea beach:) We had a very small problem and they solved it immediately, which surprised me very much. It was my first time in Rhodes, next time I have already made a plan to keep all the villas with our friends.

Close to the beach and the pleasant village of Gennadi with its great restaurants and shops. Quiet location. The welcome package was both kind and generous. Maria from Rhodes Holiday Villas responded promotion our queries and was particularly helpful during checkin and checkout.
the villas is simply fantastic: everything new and extremelly well equipped from the kitchen to the rooms. At arrival we also found water and beer in the fridge. I have to underline a special mention to the property manager, ANESTIS DIALOLOUKAS with is always ready and quick to answer to any question and needs we had and very competent and skilled.

This truly is a wonderful spot - The pool, the sea view and of course the villa itself. We had a great time here. Alpha Villas is a place were you feel comfortable and relaxed. There is a lot of space on the terrace and the pool where you can enjoy the Rhodian sun.
The host takes exceptionally good care of the customers. The pool was cleaned every other day and there was an "extra cleaning" of the property during our stay. Thank you very much for the wonderful time we had here!

The villa was in a great location just down the road from many restaurants and with a car in a great location to explore the Island both up and down. The villa was very well equipped and looked after extremely well by the owners next door. One of the best villas I’ve stayed in.
Good location and clean house, good pool. There are three villas that I believe share the pool. I think two of them come as one - Villas Mina but I thin the third villa might be possible to rent separaently so you might have other people renting next to you and using the pool? We didnt have anyone else so it wasn't a problem but I'd want that clarified if you wanted privacy. We were there just after the fires and they even put in a temporary wifi for us as the main lines had got damaged in the fire but it was fixed during or stay
Great atmosphere really freindly staff. Lunch quality was excellent. The beach is really peaceful and sea perfect. A quiet retreat 10 mins walk to a lovely local village with several great restaurants. Nice tavernas on the se just 5 mins walk along the sea front
We really enjoyed our stay at Melilia villa. The villa was brand new, well designed, spacious and there was a nice private pool and barbecue area. The location between Prasanisi and Gennadi was perfect for us. Prasanisi beach is by far the best kite and windsurf spot of the island and the village of Gennadi has some nice restaurants and bars.
