The owner organised a taxi to pick us up and due to a delayed flight and late arrival. He provided food for us when we arrived and other welcoming treats like homemade honey. The location was great - located in the old town and near the beach. The jacuzzi was a wonderful addition and the property had several balconies to chill out in. We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend.

The villa is beautiful, clean and very well maintained! it’s very comfortable and furnished fantastically for a stay. The pool is great and we enjoyed being out there for sunrise looking over the ocean . There is a lovely small town a few minutes walk away with restaurants, and small stores.

The Apartment was very clean, modern, homely and very comfortable. Its location was fabulous situated about 300 metres from the old town of Rethymno and about 400 metres from a wonderful sandy beach-easy walking distance.
It was much better than we could ever have expected.
Elsa ,the owner ,had provided a few bottles of water, a couple of beers and coco cola and fruit juice for our use which was a very welcoming jesture .

Although it is 7 km from the beach it is a superb location with beautiful sea views, large clean pool. We had impeccable support from the lady. Villa is equipped with everything needed for a family. Outside by the pool there is a terrace with table and barbecue where you can spend the afternoon in peace. Worth the 10+ and we will be back with great pleasure.

A lovely 11 days stay in a spacious villa with plenty of facilities and very clean. Michalis is a fabulous host, visiting every day to empty bins, clean the pool and answer any questions (and equally happy to not visit if you don't need him). He's also always available on WhatsApp for any questions.
Finding homemade Pasticcio cooked and ready for us on arrival was very welcome after travelling. As was finding the fridge well stocked with essentials for our first day...so no rushing to the supermarket on arrival.
The villa is excellent...spacious, very clean, well supplied in all respects whether it is towels or sun loungers. The dishwasher and washing machine really helped.
The town is a short walk away (along or across a busy road) and take a torch in the evenings if you will walk home (Michalis kindly provides one). Or take a taxi for 5 or 6 €. All the taxi companies are good, and book your transfer from the airport direct with them as cheaper than airport taxi transfer.
If you hire a car, hire in the town after arrival, not from the airport....its MUCH cheaper.

Beautiful country cottage, in a very peaceful location, with fantastic pool and outdoor areas. Very clean and has everything you could want. They have thought of everything, bathrobes and slippers, pool towls, Toiletries, and a stocked fridge. A car is definitely needed as it's apx 5 minutes drive to village and 10-15 minutes to Rethymno old town. We really enjoyed our stay and owners are very helpful and accommodating.
The villa was amazing. Inside was very neat, the rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked really well. Outside there are multiple places to relax, pool is big and the outdoor kitchen was also very nice. Giorgos, the host, was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was absolutely luxurious, spotlessly clean and cleaned throughout our stay. The pool and outdoor entertaining areas were 5* and the house was generously proportioned with plenty of towels. The aircon was very effective as there was a heat wave during our visit.
Constantina was very responsive and attentive. She provided us with a lovely hamper on arrival and made helpful recommendations.
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment complex! The apartment is well equipped, clean and cozy. The location was great, as we prefer small villages that are not too crowed by other tourists. And yet, it is very close to the city centre. But the absolutely greatest thing in this accommodation is Maria. She is the warm soul of the apartment. She was always there to help us out when we had questions or when we needed help. She received lovely gifts from her and she made our daughter love her and enjoy the stay. Thank you Maria, for everything!

There's a small shop 10 minutes away and a tavern 15 minutes walk .The old town is a short taxi ride . Would highly recommend it

Wonderful property, less than 10 min from Rethymnon. Great condition, AC, washing machine and all the kitchen amenities needed for a family or group. The pool was cleaned and checked daily and the Villa has its own private and secure parking. The twice daily bells of goats and sheep going to and from their grazing made it an unforgettable experience. The staff was very responsive and very helpful, ready to assist with everything.
Amazing villa, really modern and clean. Fantastic swimming pool, plenty of outdoor space. Incredible views and so peaceful. Our host was so helpful and really put herself out to help us. The local taverna was easy to walk to and the food was delicious and really cheap.

It has everything you could need. We stayed her as a group of 9 (2 combined families) and it was perfect. We also had two young children with us and it was safe and secure for them too. 10/10 would highly recommend.
