Although it is 7 km from the beach it is a superb location with beautiful sea views, large clean pool. We had impeccable support from the lady. Villa is equipped with everything needed for a family. A lovely 11 days stay in a spacious villa with plenty of facilities and very clean. Michalis is a fabulous host, visiting every day to empty bins, clean the pool and answer any questions (and equally happy to not visit if you don't need him). He's also always available on WhatsApp for any questions.
Finding homemade Pasticcio cooked and ready for us on arrival was very welcome after travelling. As was finding the fridge well stocked with essentials for our first day...so no rushing to the supermarket on arrival.
The villa is excellent...spacious, very clean, well supplied in all respects whether it is towels or sun loungers. The dishwasher and washing machine really helped.
The town is a short walk away (along or across a busy road) and take a torch in the evenings if you will walk home (Michalis kindly provides one). Or take a taxi for 5 or 6 €. All the taxi companies are good, and book your transfer from the airport direct with them as cheaper than airport taxi transfer.
If you hire a car, hire in the town after arrival, not from the airport....its MUCH cheaper.

I want to leave a review here, as we REALLY LIKED our vacation here. A family with three children rested for a week. The apartment is spacious, new, with two terraces and a swimming pool. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more: complimentary wine and water, snow-white bed sheets and towels, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher. Even such small things as salt, sugar, tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher, board games. Each room has air conditioning and a TV. A sandy beach and a freshwater lake are a five-minute drive away. The location is good if you have a car. A very pleasant host who helped in all matters. We were lucky to find this lovely place and recommend it. :)

Superb villas in exquisite gardens and amongst olive trees. We could park right by our unit and the view from the balcony through the bougainvillea to the sea was delightful. Lovely breakfast and kind,helpful staff.
