This only private residence is part of the hotel. It's very private and quite spacious, more than we expected.
The property has a great view and is so close to the town, which we enjoyed for its great restaurants and shops.
The beach Paralia Agkali is just a five-minute drive with plenty of parking and restaurants.
Don't miss out on a boat tour (we used Sea-U) since you will see the best part of Folegandros.

Vassilis was a fantastic host and we really had a great time staying at Aspro house. We really appreciated to be picked up and dropped off at the ferry terminal, everything went smoothly from the start to the end. Communication was great and Vasilis paid great attention to all details for our stay. We booked for two nights but wish we would have stayed longer. One of the standout features was the fantastic breakfast served each morning. The selection was both generous and delicious, featuring a variety of fresh local ingredients that made every bite a treat. Enjoying breakfast while gazing out over the sea was an experience I won't soon forget.

The property was exactly what we expected. Athanasia and Angel were wonderful, caring hosts who couldn't do enough to help. Ano Meria is a lovely, charming township and the local tavernas have great food, great service and appealing pricing.

Hosts were welcoming and we were able to leave our luggage at the property until wile were able to check in/when we checked out until our ferry arrived.
Amazing location and view. Quiet little port outside of ferry times, meaning you were pretty much on your own for early morning swims.
Beach had busy periods - while people waited for their ferry after they'd checked out of their accommodation or whole they waited to check in.

We liked a lot the pool. You can see the Panagia church, one of the main sights of the island, from the pool area. Spacious room. Parking lot belonging to the hotel (otherwise it is not allowed to enter the main village of Folegandros).
Everything - we had a stunning villa with an upstairs and downstairs- balconies with fantastic views and a pool shared with 2 other villas. The host Christine was great - very helpful and fabulous breakfast every day with free transfers to and from port. The rest of the staff were brilliant too. Brilliant location in a quieter area but only a stones throw from the main centre with beautiful cobbled paths and great restaurants.Will definitely go again
My fav new island and i loved these villas that were comfy and clean and very central to chora and monastery. Great cafe next door and owners most hospitable snd helpful. I shall return for sure! Thoroughly reccommend this accomodation!
the Owner Hary picked us up at the port and drove us even back. The breakfast was so delicious and every morning we got a fresh bread from the bakery and fresh fruits. Our room was very clean and we felt very comfortable. You can walk 20 min to the lovely village Chora. It’s so tiny over there with lots of cute small streets. Lithia Villas is also close to Agkali Beach.
it’s impossible to put into words how beautiful this place is. not just aesthetically but the whole feeling generated by the love and care that owners Haris and Sara and their team take of the villas and the gorgeous land they sit on. perfect.
