The location is fabulous, in the middle of olive forest. A spatios villa for 6- 8 persons, with great view to the sea! We have everything we need inside and outsiide the villa. The owner was very helpfull, he recomanded us nice locations to eat around In five-ten minutes by car, we could reach very beautiful beaches, like Ammolofoi beach. Kavala is 35 minutes by car. We have a great holiday, thank you again for all!

We loved the quiet location. The property was clean and user friendly. It’s not a four star hotel, but a nice house. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a grocery store and restaurant within way walking distance. The food from the restaurant was excellent! The owner called shortly after the expected arrival time to make sure that we found everything ok. He allowed us to eat oranges from the tree in the yard. They were very good. We hope to come again

The host was very friendly and easy going, spoke perfect English, and explained in detail everything about the facilities. The location of the property is top, it is very close to the best supermarket in the village as well as a short walk from the promenade. Parking was always easy, which is a welcome bonus given the busy summer months and our large SUV. The pool was clean and well maintained. Facilities of the house are beyond average, everything works. That's a Wonderful stay, very clean, the place has everthing to feel like home (even coffee and toast machine) There is parking place, so close to beaches, every room has air condition, tv has even netflix! It was a Wonderful experience for us, if you think about the stay here, do not hesistate.

The cleanest property we've been at. Definitely. The hosts are very kind and caring, giving their best to make you feel at home. The house in modern, it has almost everything you would need. It is not possible to park in the yard, but the street that goes up next to the pharmacie is ideal and it has always enough parking space. It is located next to supermarket, playground and pharmacie. 5 mins away with car from Kikabu beach bar, tavern Filaraki and other cool places.

We came to Kavala as a family. The flat is really proper for families. The flat was really clean. He is one of the most hospitable and helpful person. He helped to us so much. He said where we should go to dinner, beach, touristic places.

We felt good, like being at our home, very confortable accomodation, in a very quiet neighborhood. Our dog really loved the yard and garden. It was great to have a barbeque and also a PlayStation. The host is very helpfull, friendly and polite. The bed sheets and towels were really white, clean and smell good. The internet was better then expected. Definitley we wish to return someday
