What a perfect stay at the TRADITIONAL HOUSE!
Hosts are both amazing humans and great hosts. We travel week by week for work and enjoy staying in traditional units from time to time. The best version of a traditional house we have stayed in on Crete so far!

Fully equipped kitchen to cook what you need
The patio/outside area is perfect! Perfect for hot days with shade above and perfect for long evenings enjoying some dinner and raki. The place is huge! Perfect for 2 people, but you can sleep more on couches if that is what you need.
The main bed is really quite small. it fits the 2 of us, but it is a small double bed. Not ideal for 2 large people. But we were fine with it.
Air con in the bedroom for hot nights. Big fan for the other rooms to create airflow. NO new TV, but an older style IF you need it. We did not even think about TV while there.
You have the whole place to yourself! Plenty of room to park. The prop is fully fenced/sercure. Mr Manolis comes most days to feed the rabbits, and chickens and do the gardening. Very, very present welcoming man. No English. Had a great afternoon sharing his homemade Raki, and his own Figs and veggies. This added so much to our stay! Thank you Mr Manoli!
Only a 20 minute drive to Phalasarna. The most famous beach in the area. Perfect to be away from the hustle and bustle of that beach and area. But an easy drive to get there. Also, perfect for accessing Balos if you want to get there.
The BEST MUST TRY TAVERNA is the area is Gramboussa Restaurant in Kaliviani. Only a 6-minute drive. This mixes the best tastes of Crete, with a fine dining feel. Spent time with the owner while we were there and were very impressed with the whole place. We went there twice in the week. Perfect for afternoon food and long dinner and drinks at their very own cocktail bar with live music most nights. YOU MUST GO!

Modern, new, beautiful place. Awesome views. Great to lounge around by the private pool or to use as base to explore the many good beaches around. Falasarna is a gem. Petras Luxury Villas are the business! All the mod cons you’d need, including a clothes washer. Nice staff - super friendly and competent.
Nonda’s mansion is a big renovated villa in Falassarna and it is surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful view. It’s a semi detached villa with garden and shower outside. The rear portion of the villa is inhabited and shares part of the garden. It is bright and has a lot of space, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room, 2 bedrooms and one small bathroom. There’s a cleaning service every couple of days. The landlord is very helpful and nice and he was always available for any issue. I recommend it.

Location and views were the highlight of this property. The host and cleaning staff were amazing, big shoutout to them! The kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were clean and the beds freshly made everyday. They offer daily cleaning service which is not usual in standalone villas that are not part of a hotel. In the garden and terrace you can find sun-beds to lay and enjoy the view.

Each of the villas have a private big terrasse with a perfect private infinity pool; the view and the sun set are the best we ever have seen. All is well prepared, maintained and cleaned. Argyro did an amazing job and helped us to find nice tavernas nearby. She also prepared different very good cakes for us.
