Villa Evenos could not have been more perfect. A beautiful, clean and spacious home in a gorgeous setting, stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time there! Pricing is excellent when compared with similar options nearby. The location is unbeatable, near several good tavernas and very close to Elafonisi and a few other gorgeous local beaches by car. My family really enjoyed our stay. The location is so convenient yet offers so much more privacy than a typical hotel… the private pool and outdoor shower was awesome too. Upon check out, I forgot 2 rings that are very special to me, and Maria, the lovely host, met me in Kissamos to return them a few days later. Cannot thank her enough for that & couldn’t be happier with our stay. We hope to return and spend more time at the surrounding beaches in the future.

The Vila was wonderful! Our hosts left us sweets, drinks, mineral water and a wonderful pool! Everything was exceptional - the room sizes, the dining area, the kitchen, the location and the pool were just amazing. The yard, the garden and everything else was just amazing. For clarification the Vila has one bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet accessible through the dining room and the kitchen. The two bedrooms are large enough for 4 people each. The living room has a sofa suitable for a single person but not for a couple.

Let me just say from the start, this is the place to stay!!! We’ve traveled quite a bit and stayed in many self catering accommodations and Villa Plumeria exceeds all the others we have rented. Everything you can think of is provided. Even things you may not have thought of. The design and layout are perfect and so well thought out. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a wonderful 5 star hotel scent. The place is immaculate. Our family of 5 loved having 3 full bathrooms with the rainfall shower heads. The AC’s worked great. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils that you may need. There is a dishwasher and clothes washer. Sophia was so welcoming and communicative. We loved her. She left us treats from her family’s brand of wine along with fruit and breakfast items and water. The location is perfect. You can walk the whole town!!!! I can not stress how much we have enjoyed staying here. We do not want to leave!!!

The location was perfect! So close to the beach and perfect sunset view. Loved the comfy beds, the adorable balcony, etc. The owner was so friendly, easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Would go back anytime! Also very conveniently located to a local little supermarket.

It is a clean room with all necessary facilities, adjacent to a cafeteria and run by the cafeteria owners, who also own a fish restaurant a few hundred meters away where you can get 10% discount from the price. The room is suitable for overnight stay, but it is not particularly comfortable if you need to spend time indoors. Probably the main attraction is the vicinity to Elafonisi beach - it is practically the closest village, some 5 kms away.

Amazing terrace & view. Homely apartment with all necessary equipment. The village is secluded and not touristy at all but you definitely need a car. There are some nice almost private beaches near the apartment
This was our fourth stay at Nireides Villas, we really love staying here. The villas are lovely, with a large living area downstairs and 2 double bedrooms upstairs. There are also 2 bathrooms, and the place is spotlessly clean. The communal pool is a highlight, being large and deep enough to properly swim in and there are 3 tavernas and 2 supermarkets within walking distance, Elafonisi beach is 5 minutes drive.
This was our third stay at Nireides. The villas are spacious with a well equipped kitchen, balconies and 2 bathrooms. Having a pool to jump into first thing in the morning is also great. Elafonisis beach is a 5 minute car journey away and there a few other smaller, less crowded beaches in the vicinity. There is a choice of 3 tavernas within a 5 minute walk. We really like it here and expect to return next year.
