The place is excellent, more beautiful than the pictures, big, very clean!!! View towards the sea, huge expanses of grass, we had a great time as a family with 4 children, the hosts are very kind!!! They put a lot of treats in the fridge and brought plenty of towels without us asking, highly recommend!!! Warmly 💕❤️

A wonderful location, in a green environment, close to the beach - almost like a private one, with a great swimming pool with salty water! The house is set up for multiple guests, with a lot of facilities, including toys and swimming pool equipment. Worth to mention the barbeque place AMAZING!!! We cooked there almost every day. The host was wonderful: good communication before and during our holiday, being all the time supportive with whatever we have asked for. It was great when we arrived to find cold water, juices, fresh fruits and snacks prepared for us, coming as a saviour after the long trip. The house is not far away from the village, so easy to but the groceries; we found good meat and fish providers, which was great. I am looking forward to come back!! We had a great time at Villa Calypso.
We stayed for two weeks. The villa is beautiful and well decorated. Hygiene was perfect and the villa was cleaned weekly. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a beautiful garden, BBQ-facilities, tabel tennis and etc.
The view from balcony is incredible overlooking the bay and fantastic sunset end of the day.
Kostas and Sofia are great hosts and always ready to help and advise on roadtrips, restaurants.
Nerotrivia is 10 minutes by car for basic super market, Politika just 30 minutes with super markets, bakery and etc. Dafni has a beautiful beach. Chalkis is 45 minutes with beautiful promenade, restaurants, shops and very kind pepole. And off curse Athene is just 1h25 minutes.
If you look for serenity, silence, nature and breathing views Villa Calypso and Evia are the place to be.

It is a beautiful villa, with all you may need inside. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy it more. A beautiful, shady, big garden around. The host is very helpful. The villa is at the sea and Alykes beach is 5 minutes walking.
If you fancy history and you have a car, you may easily reach, Thebes, Athens, even Delphi. The nearby island of Evia is also worth visiting: nice beaches, waterfalls, thermal baths, etc.
A beautifully crafted villa with an amazing design. Definitely a luxurious relaxation spot made with love. For me it is one of the top places all over Greece. Suggested especially for families with kids. Will revisit for sure!
I can recommend this Villa to everyone who is looking for a nice, clean and comfortable accommodation near Athens at a good price. Excellent location in a green, quiet area, very close to the sea with fabulous view.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Villa sul Mare in Drosia. This is a lovely and very well equipped home with the best view of the sea! Stavroula and her daughter were such very gracious and welcoming hostesses. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the Drosia/Chalkida area.
This was our first time at Villa sul Mare and we can't wait to come back! Friendliest host ever, stunning sea views, next to the beach, amazing facilities, super clean, parking in the premises and pretty much all the amenities someone could ask for. Amazing. Thank you, Stavroula!
