The hideaway location, the spectacular beach and view, and the welcoming Greek hospitality. This home provided the perfect holiday for our family (2 adults and 2 kids age 6 & 11). Warm and sunny days spent swimming and kayaking at the magnificent private beach below the property and relaxing at the house and celebrating the good life! We also took advantage of being able to explore the other parts of the island which were spectacular. We were lucky with great weather, even at the very end of the season. It felt like we had the whole island to ourselves at times. It was magical. Yannis, our host was always on hand and able to answer every query or request…a superb and welcoming host. We feel very lucky to have had this experience in a little slice of paradise.

The stay at Houlia’s place were amazing. Picturesque view, close access to the beautiful beach, new and super clean house. Houlia and her mother were very kind to help us with everything we needed. As me and my friend don’t drive a car, they met us at the bus station when we arrived and drove us back, when we were leaving. Houlia’s mother also welcomed us with a home made raki and sweets, and during our stay we were also invited to the town of Chora for a local feast. I would definitely recommend staying at Houlia’s place, we had an amazing experience and rest.

Mrs. Soti was an exceptional host who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. She gave us a thorough tour of the villa, provided detailed recommendations for great local restaurants and attractions, and even had a thoughtful welcome treat waiting for us in the fridge. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend Serenity Villa for anyone visiting Andros!
The hotel is well located, very clean and comfortable. Dora is amazing and made us feel at home. Our room was comfortable and had a very nice view. The hotel is not luxurious, but has everything you need.
Triple superior: very nice, daily cleaned. Good position for the small beach just below, 10 min by feet to reach the center of the village. Very nice staff; we would thank for the earlier check-in and late check-out. A lot of space outdoor, with a big table from one side and a smaller one in the other side. Two sunbeds outdoor.
Standard double, a little but smaller the bath and the cooking area but with a remarkable nice balcony with a beautiful view on the Batsi Bay with table and seats.

View was amazing. I didn’t realise that the apartment was cleaned for us every day, so that a bonus. Villa was within walking distance to town and swimming areas. Irina kindly organised a taxi and it was very affordable. Everyone on the island was so friendly and kind.
Georgina was veey nice and allowed us to change room to move to a room that better met our needs. The location is superb, with an amazing view over Batsi bay. Steep steps to get from the village to Meltemi but no problem for us.
An amazing property. We booked the suite with a private pool. Wow that was special! So relaxing with a stunning view. A car is a good idea as it’s a steep climb but it’s worth staying here to chill out whilst the village below is a five min drive to the many restaurants. Maria and her team were amazing. So friendly, helpful and kept the place absolutely spotless. This is a small boutique hotel with a five star experience. Loved the variety of choices with the included breakfast. We will be back!!
The room was very basic,but with everything you need . And spotlessly clean.
Maria who runs the Villa is one of the nicest person you will ever meet.
This is another kind of luxury, you feel very well taken care of.
A lot of steps up and down, but if you take the small alley its so charming.
