Garden Villas were in a great location, a short stroll from the port. The house was tastefully decorated with excellent facilities, including 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies.
We already miss Maria & our Villa. It was a little piece of heaven for our family; spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, full of thoughtful features, luxurious comfort & a great pool. We are already talking about when we can go back!

Good location for taking a walk around the village. We found Agia Effimia to be a good base as we travelled around the island. We were a large group, filling three of the villas but everyone still had their space, even a cute sleeping space for the baby. The pool area is great, and was kept clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and kept everything in perfect condition.
The villa was very luxurious for the two of us. Two roomy floors - two bathrooms ! The private parking outside the door was a bonus. Stavros could not have been more supportive. The villa has good views to the distant hills, and a side view of the sea. The harbour is 5 minutes away, and the Pergola restaurant you pass is highly recommended.
We would absolutely reccomend garden villas. Our apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. We arrived in the late evening and Stavros arranged for the property to be left open for us. The milk, bread, jam and wine were very much appreciated. Great location, less than 5 minute walk into the village. The pool area was clean and a great place to cool off from the Kefalonia heat. We hope to return soon.
The apartment was in a fantastic location, great size, very clean and it had everything you would need for a stay. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay at Starvillas.
Very welcoming hosts, beautiful accomodation in a quiet spot on the island. Very conmfortable for families. One absolutely needs a rented car to stay at this property. The villas are closely located to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island - Myrthos Beach. We had a fantastic holiday and we hope to return. Next time maybe we will get the villa with a small swimming pool.
