Very nice well maitained and spacious villa. Direct sea view with 100 meters walk distance to nice small beach right in front. The villa is 5-7 min walking distance to Golden beach. The villa is cleaned every day and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. And if there would be anything you miss, there is George who will arrange everything with a high degree of professionalism. This was one of the key highlights of our stay; the services provided by George. Thank you very much, as we had a truly great stay. I will be sure to recommend this Villa to many of my friends.

We loved the location of this gorgeous Greek Villa!
It is very private and has stunning 360 views.
The private beach is also a huge bonus.
It also has a private tennis court, pool entertainment room as well as a gym!
This property really has everything you need and more, especially when travelling with family!
Nicos and family made us feel so welcome and spoilt us on 2 occasions with delicious traditionally Greek food, which we enjoyed tremendously.
Their hospitality was amazing, and I can honestly recommend this stunning stay!!!!!

Everything. We absolutely loved this place and everything around it. Bus is easily reachable and fun to use. If you plan to hope around different islands, I would recommend using car, however bus connections are well set out too. Patrick is an amazing host/house owner. He was easily available to fix small issues like the internet (internet is more useful to kids than the beach :) and giving out useful tips for things to do/visit in the area. We do hope to visit again.

The appartment is located only 5 minutes by car from Paroikia where the main port is placed. You can easily access the main road and all the places of interest of the island. Perfect location not very far from the main town, in a quiet location with a beautiful view to the sunset 🌅. The house was very clean. Angeliki the host was so kind and helpful, she recommended us best places to visit and eat and she was always happy to help if we had any questions. The apartment provided to us was very spacious and comfortable, making our stay really enjoyable. The highlight for us was the generously sized shower and the cozy bed which ensured a good night's sleep. The attention to detail was impeccable, and we found that there was nothing lacking during our stay.
Moreover, the owner of the apartment was very kind and always prompt in responding to our queries or requests. Being situated very close by, he was easily reachable for any needs or assistance we had, which added a sense of security and convenience to our stay. Additionally, we had the pleasure of meeting his mother, who is a lovely lady :)
The location of the apartment is also worth mentioning. Situated near a charming village (Prodromos), we had easy access to a very good restaurant ("Bizantino's"), a small market, a pharmacy and a fantastic bakery, all within walking distance. It was convenient to have these amenities nearby for any essentials we needed during our stay.
To reach the beach it is necessary to rent a car but this was not a major inconvenience for us, as we enjoyed the flexibility that having a car provided in exploring the island.
Our stay at Lil Paros was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation near a lovely village with convenient amenities nearby :)

Was beautiful brand new we were the second guests to stay and we had an amazing time the pools were great. Had both villas and they were perfectly laid out and had everything we needed!!
The villa combined everything, being modern, tidy and relaxing. The village of Agkairia is not only a peaceful place, but also is very close to the must-see village of Alyki. Jason, the host, was fantastic through and through, always helpful whenever needed. P.S.: Make sure you catch the sunset from the roof!

The confort (bedrooms) and the equipement(kitchen) are great ! I also loved the exteriors, including the swimingpool and the pergolas.

It was the best place ever! It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. You are away from the crowd but still very close to the beaches and the villages. The house is very well equiped and the host is so kind that we immediately felt like at home. You can see houndreds of stars at night and feel very unique. Thank you so much. Newly built, very clean and comfortable property, in a quiet village. The property is well designed, with modern furniture, very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a big living room and a big kitchen with all the amenities you could ask for. Very polite houseowner. The area is very quiet, you will need a car to get there. You have a veranda and a small garden on your own. Sea views.
The hosts were friendly and attentive. The pool was great and we often had it to ourselves. It was great to be able to buy drinks from the cafe. The view is beautiful and the villa and outside areas provide lots of space to relax and sit in quieter and shady areas. It is all maintained and cleaned to a high standard. The provision of inflatables for the pool was an unexpected bonus.
