The view, the ocean, the facilities were trully amazing. There are lots of very good tavernas nearby. You can even rent a boat that will pick you up straight in front of the villa! The staff was extremely, extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs, they really made our day many times organizing everything, thank you so much!!

This place makes me regret some of the ratings in the past, that I graded with 10. To be fair compared to that, this would definitely be at least an 11. Really cosy villa with 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom and terrace access. The host went beyond expectations in order to meet all our demands. Thank you very much.

The Villa was a great place for our family to stay. Having a pool was an extra bonus. The home is lovely and well cared for by family. Great proximity to beaches in the neighborhood and an easy location from which to head to other parts of the island. Outdoor cooking facility was excellent. The host family was kind and thoughtful. Only 10 minutes walk to both beach and the village. It has airconditioning and parking space. The only downside is lack of pavement, but at the same time there is very little trafic, so its fairly safe.
Our hosts were very kind and hospitable people. The villa is beautiful, clean and in a magical position. For a relaxing holiday I’d say this is as good as it gets.
Andi, her boys, and all her staff are always very welcoming, friendly and can't do enough for you. Grapevines is in a perfect location on the outskirts of the village - very quiet and peaceful. Rooms and all facilities are kept scrupulously clean too. We stayed for 2 weeks, and have already rebooked for an end of season stay.
The villa is located in the very secluded location in the olive grove. The landscape design is wonderful, we could feel that a lot of attention was paid to small details. The villa is stylish and very comfortable. We really appreciate amount of space available to relax. The villa seems to be nicely protected from insects despite being in the middle of the grove - which was especially appreciable since one of us is afraid of insects.

The location, the villa, the views, the hosts, everything is just WOW!!! We’ve stayed in many different hotels & villas in Zakynthos and this is without a doubt our favourite. If anyone is looking for somewhere to stay I couldn’t recommend it enough. You’re a stones throw from the beach, it’s blissfully peaceful and a lovely easy walk into the centre of Alykanas.
it is a beautiful villa ideal location . we had such a wonderful time in this private villa as we had a six month old baby with us. the pool is amazing , villa very clean and has everything you need with a few little extras kindly provided by the owners who are very friendly and welcoming and their taverna is one of the best restaurants to eat traditional Greek food . can’t recommend more highly
