the house itself was very well built and decorated. plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, mugs, coffe makers etc. Dishwashing machine and laundry were super useful and convenient. Great views. walking distance to the beach. plenty of parking. Fast internet. beautiful landscaping.

It was like our own stone home. The house was clean and the host was fantastic. The property was right at the beach that was a bonus. It has a private patio where you can sit outside and eat, play music and enjoy company . I can’t say enough about the host aristal, he was so amazing, his recommendations were spot on about traffic and where and when to go to avoid traffic in city and the port. We got lost and called him, he went out of his way to come and get us. Now that is what I call an excellent host. He even took us to port when we needed to depart. This is a true Gem in Tinos

We stayed at the villa with private pool. We were greeted wit mineral water in the fridge and a bottle of wine! The villa was very clean and the beds so comforable. We were pleasantly surprised by the bathrooms, especially the main bathroom was amazing. Anni was the staff I had constant communication with and she was the sweetest and most helpful! Of course everyone did their best to accomodate our requests.

We stayed here for 4 lovely days in late May and early June. It was quite a luxury to be right by the sea the whole time, hearing the waves and just walking a few steps to the beach. The house was very big and comfortable, very clean, and with all we needed for even a longer stay. There was a parking spot next to the house which was very convenient and rare, and plenty of balconies and terraces to just sit around and enjoy the view. We were even offered beach chairs. Great host too, which made sure we were always comfortable. If we return to Tinos, we'd love to stay here again.

The feeling is that you entering your private sea front villa everything is smooth super civilised arty calm and beautiful, we absolutely enjoyed the private swimming in front of the property the swimming pool the kindness and help of Michalis the field manager, the superb suite with quality in furniture linen kitchen equipment and of course the views and the art which is everywhere in the plot! a total bliss, one of the best hotels ever and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning place, out of this world! Perfect location, just 2 mins to the beach and gorgeous restaurant. The private pool was such a treat, and the set up of the villa was perfect. The manager was so accommodating and communicative. We’d definitely stay again.
The villa itself was perfect. Great decor, brilliant views from both the private pool and balcony. Dimitris the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful, he even picked us up from the port since he was in town and it was great that some essentials like bread, butter, cheese and water were in the fridge for us. Along with some treats, beer and a bottle of wine. Bianco beach bar and restaurant and nice nearby too (prepare for a steep hill!)
The villa includes 3 floors - enterance through a big balcony to living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, and a third bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony upstairs.
The place was very clean, and the welcome package was rich, including everything you can think of.
The location is beautiful - Agios Romanos is known as one of the best bays/beaches in the kiklades, and is 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
A car is a must to travel around Tinos.
The owner kept a great communication at all times, and helped a lot.
The customer service was outstanding and the villa was exactly what we were looking for. Dimitris was the best host and willing to hell us with everything.
It is a beautiful villa. Location is perfect: next to the beach, two restaurants in a walking distance. The property looks very new. The cleaning happens everyday, which is not an often offer for villas. The rooms, the showers -everything is very comfortable.
I loved the care about us: Everyday some fruites were brought for us by the very pleasant cleaning lady.
