This luxury house is a dream come true. The infinity pool and outdoor area are pure perfection, offering a breathtaking view of the entire bay. You can stare at the sea for hours (which we did). The homemade decorations in and around the house are incredibly well blended and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Special words for the hosts – an entire family totally dedicated to providing exceptional service, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special mention to Anastasia for the delicious homemade cake which our kids loved! Every detail, from interior decoration to the multiple outside relaxation zones (including fully operational and well- equipped BBQ) is cared for and thought of. I can't recommend this place enough for an unforgettable vacation

The villa itself is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The premises are being cleaned daily.
Both balconies of the house offer wonderful views. The pool is large, well-maintained, and the surroundings have the feel of a skilled gardener. There are very comfortable sunbeds and beach towels are provided.

Excellent experience here! Absolutely amazing and kind hosts - they went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible, including welcoming us with local wine and homemade olive oil, providing us with fresh eggs from their chickens, dropping off toys for our children, making recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and much more. The house is a short walk from downtown with quick access to restaurants and shops, yet offers a lot of privacy. The beach is only a five minute walk, and there are many more beaches within a five minute driving range. The property is cozy, sparkling clean, and exceptionally well equipped with anything one could imagine. Bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were all great, the beds super comfy. Plenty of space to hang your clothes, drying rack and washing machine, lots of beach towels. There really isn't anything Patty and Nikos didn't think of! Outside there is a lovely garden, a terrace full of beautiful flowers and fruit trees like lemon ( I can't count the gallons of lemonade we consumed during our stay) and fig trees, and several areas to lounge and enjoy your coffee. The brand new swimming pool provided many hours of fun and kept us cool during the heatwave, as did the AC inside at night. We were sad to say goodbye after 10 days and hope to be back soon! Thank you for everything, Patty and Nikos!!!

Best holiday villa ever. The truth is even better than the pictures on the internet. Very new and very clean. Perfect breakfast every day freshly made from the owner. Breathtaking views in a calm area.
The villas are quiet and extremely private, tastefully decorated and modern. The outdoor area has beautiful views and a very large pool. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. If you are looking for a romantic and peaceful stay I would recommend booking! We will definitely be booking with Emerald again when we come back to Zakinthos!
This property is a slice of heaven. Smadar and her sister simply built the most beautiful villas in all of Zakynthos IMO. Every detail is top quality and the position for views cannot be put into words.
Having been to some villas in Tuscany or France before, this was something special. The host is completely at your disposal, he really cares about his guests, no problem with anything - this was the biggest plus during our stay.
Villa has amazing views, all tavernas around offer delicious food. Overall, I recommend this place.
