We loved our 8-day stay at Villa Conte Rari in the little village of Kato Garouna. You'll definitely need a car for this stay; it's optimally located for day trips in all directions of the island, plus the stunning Agio Gordios beach is just 5-10 minutes away. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. And thankfully, the air conditioning works very well! The host is very accommodating and quick to respond.

The house is very nice and comfortable, perfect for a family with 2 children. Everything inside it - appliances and furniture - is new and very elegant. You are located in an olive tree orchard and you have a lot of privacy, you don't have any contact with the neighbours.
The location is very good if you have a car, close to many beaches and just a few kilometres away from Moraitika if you need a supermarket. Some very nice tavernas are not far away.

Olga was very helpful and gave us lots of useful information about the local area. The children loved the family pets! The views from the many balconies were fantastic, and the villa was extremely spacious. We would love to return to Villa Alibertini when we next visit Greece.
Breakfast was good at Angelica hotel where is also the reception for the Alexandros apartments. The location of the apartments was really perfect at the a village which has everything - beach was close, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gyros/fast food and etc. The room was spacy, equipped with everything needed and very clean - special THANKS to the lady who was cleaning every day.
I enjoyed my stay at The Pink Palace as the position is amazing and I had the opportunity of meeting many young travelers. The room was fine but what makes it very nice is the closeness to the beach and a nice village, as well as the many services and experiences that it offers.
Exceptional location: access is not easy but you are rewarded with an amazing view and an almost private beach.

This is the perfect place to go if you’re travelling solo. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it doesn’t feel daunting being on your own there.
There are yoga retreats, quads, kayaking as well as a lovely village close by and the beach is down some steps so just be prepared for walking back up them, same goes for the village (walking uphill)

The sea view room with private pool was amazing. I loved the outside cooking area and the apartment itself was 5 🌟 clean and comfortable. The beach sunbeds with waiter service from the bar next-door were luxurious with thick padding. Everyone is so friendly too.
