This is one of the best places I stayed on a holiday in Greece (and we do it every summer in the last few years). It really feels like staying in someone's summer house, with everything you need. Thank you, Yiannis, for your help and advice. The view over the village and the bay is beautiful and relaxing and it worths the effort of driving there on the very steep and narrow streets (4x4 and skills needed). The internet is good and the cats are friendly. And, like Björk said, it's all so quiet, yet with locals living their life. The small natural beach nearby is perfect for swimming.

A great getaway from the hustle and bustle of big cities. If you happen to miss the crowds of tourists, you can find them in the city of Volos located in the Pagasetic gulf.
The hostess Dimitra speaks good English and is very helpful and kind, as well as the lady who cleaned the apartment.
The apartment was cleaned regularly, sheets and towels changed.
A 10 min drive to the closest beach, many other quiet beaches available ~15-20 min drive.

Staying in Kala Nera was a really unique and amazing experience. Congratulations Irini for the hospitality, communication with the guests, all help and instructions she gave. Generally, congratulations for she's responsibility and friendly attention to guests to feel as they are at home.
Irini's cottage is a huge, very peaceful area with olive trees and different fruits. In the middle is the house. In front of the house is a table with chairs and under natural shade. Under olive shades you can find a lot of parking space. Nearby is barbeque. A water fountain is also present outside, space for children play etc. Inside, the house is fully equipped for owners to come and take some rest and enjoy. We had everything we needed and more than that. As a present, Irini left us olive oil, eggs, bread, compote, coffee machine cartridges etc. Everything is protected from insects intruding. Very often, Irini was messaging us with questions "do you need something", or "is something missing". We really felt like we were living in a close relative's house. We were really enjoying it there and will try to go there again. Thank you Irini 🙏🙏🙏.

I liked the heart-warming welcome by the owner and a little surprise by Kerasia when we leave the apartman. The house is literally a sweet home in the village of Lambinou which is in the middle of Pellion mountain but very close to the best beaches on the peninsula. We had a great time there and I recommended to everyone who want a peaceful vacation experience.

The owners were friendly, supportive and gave us useful information about nearby area. The room was clean and located in the middle of a plot full of olive trees in a very strategic point giving us the possibility of visiting the most important and picturesque Pilion villages.

The location is excellent you walk down stairs through the front door and can go straight in the sea. Perfect white steps for all ages. Perfect for an evening dip or early morning or can swim to the main beach. Again very flat and in the middle of the village .
Friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location in a lovely village. Close to everything but quiet. Slightly dated furniture and fittings but everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast for only 5 euros extra. I had the top (fourth) floor room with a sea view and a balcony that was as big as the room itself. The balcony was bigger than some flats I've lived in. Only downside was no lift so might not suit someone who doesn't like stairs.
Amazing view, friendly and professional staff, very clean and very close to the promenade area where restaurants are. The village is built on a hill with a steep slope, so you had to walk uphill to go back to the hotel, but the distances are really small, and the incredible view of this place really pays off.

A charming private house in the beautiful village of Efissos. Maintained to a very high standard, fully equipped including a washing machine, oven, toaster, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning and even board games for the children. Fully equipped kitchen, without dishwasher.
The house has a great balcony and a stunning view of the sea, we had trouble using the house's parking because of narrow and very steep streets.
