Location is perfect, quiet street but you can be in all of the action that rethymno has to offer in just a 2 minute walk. Pool was such a nice addition, everything was clean and felt very homey. Couldn't recommend this place more.

The villa is exceptionally situated right by the beach, which is almost like a private beach since it's far from hotels and not many people come to it. It's got a big yard, perfect for kids to unwind their energy, and also has a barbecue place and an amazing outdoor shower - perfect for when you're coming from a swim in the sea.
The hosts are really nice and warmly welcomed us with a very tasty traditional dish and provided plenty of recommendations for shops and restaurants around. They also kept in touch with us periodically ensuring we had everything we needed.
We warmly recommend this villa and we will definitely return!

The place is a huge luxury apartment with two floors, in the best possible location of the city.
All rooms have separate air conditioners.
There are four balconies of which two are on the roof on opposite sides of the building.
The living room has an electric organ which the kids had a lot of fun playing on.
The view from the roof balconies is heavenly.
We were also able to check in a little earlier and check out a little later than stated when booking.
The city was very, very nice.
Stopping the car and dropping of the luggage along the street was convenient. We moved the car to the Venetian Harbor parking, which cost us around 15 euros for a day.

Great location and facilities between the two villas. The swimming pool was great. Big gardens and great views. Lots of parking, lots of good sunbeds, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Ideal for families holidaying together but must have a car to get into towns etc however there is a garage very close with a nice coffee shop selling fresh baked goods. Lovely balcony on each villa with tables (and BBQ at one villa) for dining.

The location is perfect. Only a few hundred meters from the beach which was super with small children. Also, the beach has very clean water and it was not crowded. The villa had everything you might need and it was also super clean.
They also have their own garden and offer daily fresh vegetables and salad. Plenty of amenities around. The staff was very kind and helpful.
