Nika was a great host, we had a late check-in which was accepted by Nika and she was even ready to pick us up from the airport late in the night but we reached there by our ride. Upon arriving, Nika greeted us with warm welcome and great food even though it was not included. The place was nice and clean, overall we had a great time at Nika house. Its located close to the Prometheus cave and Martvili canyon so anyone planning a trip to there, this is the best place for stay

This place was awesome! Had everything we might need and even ended up having more bedrooms than advertized, which made my kids extremely happy as they both got their own room! Warm, comfy beds, everything stocked in the kitchen. It was perfect for our family.

We had a pleasant stay at one of the Lima cottages. What I usually pay attention to is the attention to detail, and this cottage was a nice surprise. Small touches like enough shower gel and shampoo for a family of seven, fresh towels, slippers, and toothbrushes really added to the overall impression. The space was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Again, I was impressed by the little details, like the blankets, pillows, multiple outdoor seating options, lighting, and Christmas decorations, which made the space feel cozy and festive during our Christmas stay. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The view of the forest was beautiful and added to the experience. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

I liked the spirit of the USSR, like a time machine. Location next to the 6th spring, park, pleasant air both on and off site. There were few people on Friday, a wedding was celebrated on Saturday and many residents moved in. In general, pleasant administrators, a very luxurious concert hall (ask at the reception to show it, it is usually closed). Clean large pool with a bar and an atmospheric passage in it.

Historic past from days of Stalin when it was an important spa retreat for the military and before it went into ruins after 1990s. Park and huge long corridors.
Spotless and new. Great amenities (unlimited and immediate hot water is a luxury for this price in Georgia). Nice host. Quiet. Easy to reach by car. Private parking inside the fenced yard.
Located in a calm hill, you're ready to explore Tskaltubo (30min walk) with a beautiful pool waiting for your return. The owner is such a sweet guy, always ready to help with the only goal to please you. It's a family hotel, so happy screaming kids may encounter you. Breakfast is good but don't expect the great luxury like you would expect if you see the pictures of the hotel.
Nice stay with village prons: nature, a lot of domestic animals nearby, beautiful garden. It was possible to cook outside in the pavilion, 5 m away. TV channels. About 2 km to reach TetraCave or Spring water Resort 2.
A beautiful country estate in a great location in-between Kutaisi and Tskaltubo. It is a peaceful retreat. All of the amenities required are available and the hosts are warm and welcoming. We would happily stay at Uliana's again in the future!
Uliana's country house was the best accommodation we had in Georgia,we felt sorry that we spent there only 2 nights, we would have stayed without any hesitation for even a week, the house was very comfortable clean in a quite tranquility village with friendly animals around you dogs cats and sweet rabbits,, all green and charming.
Uliana speaks English wonderful and she welcomed us very warmly and kind.
We strongly recommend this lovely charming house, we will definitely comeback ourselves next time we are in Georgia.
Lovely grand mansion with country feeling. We loved the host and all the animals. Really warm hospitality and a lot of space. Perfect location for sightseeing of Martvili Canyon, Okatse Canyon, Kutaisi and Gelati. Very family friendly. Host speaks good English (no app needed!!).
