Big house and good location. Garden awesome. All rooms have balconies. You can have both beach and forest view. 5 minutes away from mini-market, 10-15 minutes away from super-market by foot. There is everything at home. I've had a barbecue twice. It is very good to have two bathrooms and toilets. Ideal for big families/groups.

Location was a two minute walk to a sandy beach so very easy and convenient. There were three bedrooms that could easily sleep 4 people each plus two bathrooms so there was plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was big and had everything to prepare our simple meals and it opens to the outside area which was so nice! I really liked the large terrace upstairs which made a great place to work from. The hosts were very attentive and we thank them for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our time in Sesil. the house is very practical with many options to hang clothes and put your things, even a small closet! it’s cosy and has 3 air conditioners. the kitchen is very well equipped, and the garden is simply magnificent with comfortable street furniture, a big umbrella and beats banana trees. we also found an umbrella for the beach and a handy beach mat. It was our 3rd time in Kaprovani and the best stay. we would definitely be back and recommend it highly.

The villa is in a calm location, far from busy cities. The beach is close and as you may know most of the beaches of Georgia are not sandy and have big stones. But Shekvetili beach is almost sandy. The host is kind and hospitable and shared kitchens have acceptable facilities.
The villa itself is very fresh, least to say. So fresh that we had to remove packaging materials from the fridge. Beds were comfy enough. Pool is fairly good. Location's good as well - second line from the coast.
Villa is located in quiet village very close to the see. It’s equipped very well, there were everything we may need for rest in the house, and it is even better than on photos. Location is suitable for slow chilling with family next to the beach among pine trees.
I definitely would love to stay here next time.
It is a great place for a family vacation. You get the whole villa, which is fully furnished. All necessary amenities are available. It is not far from the sea. The magnetic sandy beach is very quiet and is regularly cleaned. The host, Vaja, is very welcoming. THANKS!
The beachfront location is great, the room had a sea view with a sunset. The host and staff were helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in the room and had lunches and dinners at the hotel which was convenient since there are limited options outside.
