Nearby Bakuriani but away from its hustle, the location is great if you like silence, but still want to enjoy skiing. The villa is very cozy, modern, has all the facilities for a longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fireplace that can be used for cooking as well. Views are amazing! And the hosts are really welcoming. Came there with my parents, and we all really enjoyed it. Was really beautifully decorated for the new year.

The stay was exactly as pictured, the rooms were clean, and Mr.Shota the person in charge was very kind,and helpful. bbq facilities also available and it was perfect ,hot water in all the bathrooms and even a bidet in the first floor.

This hotel is a new and cozy place with a pleasant view. It's a small establishment situated about 10-15 minutes by car from downtown Borjomi. Having a car is essential as the hotel is located in a remote village. I found it to be good value for money. The rooms size is quite large with a nice balconies. The breakfast was just right, with a good variety considering the price. The staff was friendly, and the area is quiet, offering a typical village experience. The hotel also provides hookah and some table games.
My stay at the hotel nestled in the Borjomi forest surpassed all my expectations. Having experienced top European hotels in Switzerland, I can confidently say that this hotel was just as impressive, if not better. The serene natural surroundings, exceptional service, and luxurious amenities provided an unforgettable experience. It was a perfect blend of tranquility and elegance. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking a unique and superior getaway.

I cannot say enough great things about the Villa. The views are amazing, the house is on top of a large hill and provides refreshing sights and itself is an incredible sight on the top of the hill, so palatial. Looking much better than pictures. The mancard is newly decorated with taste. The location was perfect on a 10 minute walking distance to the central park and popular places in Borjomi. Straightforward and seamless check in/out process, everything worked as expected. I'd stay here again. Thanks, Natia and Tamara!
We wanted to hike the n10 loop in the borjomi & kharagauli national park, a beautiful hike which starts 200 meters from Villa Maxi. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we could even take a shower after our hike after we checked out. We only stayed here for 1 night because of our limited time in Georgia but if you have more time then it's definitely worth staying longer.

I recently stayed 4 nights at Borjomi Likani Health and Spa Centre and it was amazing. The rooms are luxurious and cozy, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is great for both fun and relaxation, near beautiful and historic places. Just a heads up, it's quite pricey. One downside was limited access to some bridges and a historical villa. But, the food was good. I highly recommend it for a luxury stay, but it might not be the best for New Year's celebrations as the event organization wasn't great.
Totally vibed with it! The mountain scenes were insane, and the staff? Super nice buddies. Coolness level: off the charts. 11/10, our retreat was downright good! Would mountain chill again!

It was like a dream, we sat around the campfire until the middle of the night, the garden is very large and each guest has their own privat area. We bought BBQ fresh milk and meat from the village and it was very very tasty. We enjoyed it and felt at home.we would like to say a huge thank you to the owner and the staff , they simply gave us an incredible evening . Unfortunately one night wasn't enough, but we will come in winter and stay for several days.
If you pass by this place, do not hesitate to make your decision to stay in it. The villas are beautiful, the location and view wonderful , and the cleanliness is high The owners of the place are nice and helpful It was an enjoyable stay.
