A beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need. There was tea, coffee, milk, bottles of water and biscuits. The hot tub is undercover in a gorgeous garden. Just a fabulous place, and being close to a pub is an added bonus.

The property was spacious, comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location near the woodland was wonderful!
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Hotel is a bit dated and needs some renovation but was fine. Staff were lovely, helpful and responsive. Room a decent size. We booked a ‘superior’ one. It’s much more of a 3 star experience than a 4 star one though, as it lacked the luxury element one would expect at a 4 star.
It was quiet and in a nice village location. It was lovely and warm and comfortable.
We used the local shops and found Whitwell woods for a great dog walk
Last minute amendment to this hotel as The Windmill Villa let us down. It was an added bonus to have the spa facilities.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was fantastic on day 1 as it was table service.
A nice house, although pets are allowed the house was very clean and there were no signs of dog hair...

Was great for us to visit family in the village.
Exceptionally clean, luxurious standard of furnishings. Warm, cosy and private. Set in a woodland location, which can be tricky to find, but excellent directions from hosts overcome this.
Homemade bread, butter and preserves for breakfast plus plenty of cereals, eggs, yogurts etc.
Great quality towels, linens, and bathroom products are provided.
Brilliant room was not expecting it to be as good as it was. The lady who I dealt with was very accommodating as I was traveling to stay near the lock hospital as I was having surgery the next day. The room was amazing. Bathroom was luxurious and the bed was so comfy.
The room was far larger than expected and had its own front door outside of the pub property with space to park our car right outside that entrance door, which was really convenient.
The bed was large and very comfortable. The shower was also great. A really enjoyable stay and far more luxurious than I expected from a pub room.
