Host was there so we had a Quick Look but was embarrassed so we left, the house was very unclean unsafe and awful smells of damp and cigarette smoke. We did text the host to say we have had to book a hotel and we could not stay he did not reply

Its location is amazing, over looking the sea and very peaceful. Very close to the beach and local shops/pubs/restaurants. It’s really cosy and spacious. It’s very well equipped and has everything you could need. The site itself is lovely and quiet and very well looked after.

Great location, able to drive to numerous local attractions in minutes. Two village pubs serving food. Welcoming and extremely comfortable cottage. Well equipped kitchen, providing all you could need. Would definitely recommend and will return.
The room and shower room were clean and with plenty of space. There was a kettle, tea and coffee. Not luxurious but very good for the price. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the room was warm. The on site parking is limited but I managed to get a space each time but there is plenty of room to park on the roadside, at least there is in November.
The room was lovely, very individual, clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was only a 2 minute walk to the sea front and 5 minutes to the village with a variety of shops. I must say all the people we met were lovely and friendly.
Brilliant location, easy parking available, clean and modern and plenty of coffee available with added touches of a cafetière and microwave pot. Shower was luxurious and the guide they provided was really helpful.
The house was spotless and beautifully furnished. The location was directly across the road from the beach and 10 minutes from my family which was my main reason for visiting. Good amenities, pubs and takeaways. Very friendly village.

The house is gorgeous and feels like a home from home with everything provided that you could possibly need. The house is beautifully decorated and styled and makes you feel like you are living in luxury. The communication with the owners was excellent and their restaurant and activity tips were great. The location is perfect for the beach and for the town centre - lots of lovely independent shops including a fabulous bookshop called The Bound. 5 stars, 100% recommend!
Welcome from owner / host felt really welcomed into their home, room small (was only single so expected) but excellent value with luxury feel with all facilities you could need with personal decor real nice touch
Location was great as was near the beachfront, the metro and the town centre so you could get to Newcastle Centre on the train very easily and quickly. Bathroom to our room was very big and had a bath and also separate shower. The room was comfortable and warm. Very good value for money.
