What can I say .. I am for once in my life lost for words! From the minute you open the porch door you are transformed into a magical world that lives and breaths harry potter! So many amazing details I saw something new each day! We were here for Harry potter studios and the house was so perfect, I wasn't too dissapointed to leave the tour as I knew I was coming back to such an amazing property!
The hosts were exceptional, going above and beyond for my family and the sweet jar and golden snitch chocolates really made us all so happy after our long drive. The lit up Christmas tree was such a lovely touch as well.
The bedroom themes were perfect and the beds were so comfy .. my son actually said "I can't believe I'm excited to go to bed!" Because he couldn't wait to spend the night in the knight bus!
I didn't have to keep the kids entertained at all as there was so much on offer on the house that they all played happily from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out.
This property is worth every penny and more! Cannot reccomend highly enough!

The area is great, safe, quiet but 1 min walk from lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. Also 10 min easy walk to train station and harry potter free shuttle bus to/from studios. 4 bedroom with 150cm beds quite comfortable. Self check in. The owner let us do late check out for free and was very fast to respond. The house was warm and quiet.

The beds and pillows were very comfy and had a spacious living/dining room. The view from the windows was nice and the kitchen had the necessary utensils. Bathroom was clean and luxurious.
Great location a real village feel with pub, bakery and coffee shop all within 50 yards and ge train station 2 minutes walk away. A great base to get in and out of London, great use of space for a family.
Hosts were great to contact, really nice to deal with.

Close to Bushey Station for London, 25 mins drive to Heathrow, 15 minutes to Warner Brothers Harry Potter World and situated in a suburb with a cute village vibe, the location was great. Damian and Jack were super helpful and quick to respond. The flat is comfortable and was lovely and warm and never felt cramped with the five of us in it.
The room was beautifully designed and decorated. It was really spacious and luxurious and the amenities were great. The location to Watford junction was ideal, as well as to the town centre where there was lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. I most definitely would recommend and stay again!
