The lodge location was perfect, pub 5 minutes walk and tourist attractions and the coast a short drive away. The Lodge itself was so clean, comfortable and quiet with its own outdoor space and stunning sunset view from upstairs.
We received a lovely welcome and we had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend break.

We stayed at the lovely Smiddy cottage for 4 nights, it was the perfect size for us and our pup and great location to explore Devon! The owner was so lovely and really helpful and the family have 2 very friendly dogs. The cottage was lovely and cosy, especially with the wood fire burning in the evenings! There's some lovely local villages where you can find a couple of tea rooms, pubs and a local shop for essentials. We would highly recommend for a break away!

Super friendly welcome, beautiful clean room with lots of room for me and mum. Also as well as the beds there were 2 wingback chairs for us to sit and read 😁
We had easy access to lots of great places we visited some beautiful villages and a castle!
Breakfast was from 8 - 11 an all you can eat buffet with fresh eggs cooked at your request.

This is a unique hotel with a very warm welcome from Keith and Sharon. The rooms are spacious and the decor is in keeping with the beautiful property. The breakfast cooked by Keith is tasty and superb. The location in the centre of Watchet is perfect for getting to all that is available in this lovely seaside village. The public car park at the rear of the property could not be handier. We enjoyed a lovely relaxing break here and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone
Really stylish with great character in a fantastic position, we stayed whilst walking the coastal path. Watchet is a lovely seaside village with plenty of things to do!

Location was great, in the heart of the village & near to restaurants, pubs etc. The breakfast was good, well cooked with cereals, yoghurt & fruit. People were welcoming.
Lovely comfy bed and luxurious duvet, well positioned property in the heart of Watchet, perfect for a short break. We had the suite which was great if one person wanted to stay up and watch telly. Nice view from our room into the garden.
Keith and Sharon were the perfect hosts - helpful on arrival re luggage and parking and had a brilliant cream tea in beautiful garden. Keith's cooked breakfasts were fantastic as were Sharon's poached eggs. The strawberries were delicious too. Convivial atmospheric in dining room with other guests and hosts. Room was comfortable - good shower and comfy bed. Great location to discover Watchet and the surrounding villages - beautiful in fact. Plus the house itself is amazing. Thank you Keith and Sharon for looking after us so well.
