This is such a beautiful place to stay. Perfect for Longleat and Bath and all surrounding areas. We loved staying here it felt so homely and the hosts clearly care about 1st impressions. The access was easy with codes and there was helpful handbook on what to do. Overall this is great and we would definitely come back!

Communication was good. Check in was easy. Place was clean. Pool was great! Nice quiet location. Lovely pub/restaurant 3 minute drive away. Longleat 10 minutes away. Will definitely be coming again for longer next time.

The balcony/decking area to the rear of the lodge overlooking the lake was beautiful!
To have a hot tub also made it even more spectacular, a lovely quiet scenic retreat with squirrels, ducks and even herons as welcoming neighbours around the lake. We loved it!

The location is about 4m out of town in a small village road/private transport is essential. the room was good, the continental breakfast was good although the sandwich was a bit strange but nice. Dinner was both well priced & good quality & we would go back.
This is the second time we have stayed at The Angel Inn and we love this place.
Tucked away in a small village and appears to be incredibly popular indeed. Rooms are great, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast set up was perfect for us (hence why we stayed again) - everything you need in the room plus a sandwich for your onward journey!

cottage was lovely newly decorated home from home had everything we needed small with lovely features. Morrisons superstore was not far away 2 mins up the road and a small Tesco down the road. Longleat within an easy drive lovely village pubs good food and drink very friendly.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Well furnished with everything you'd expect for an overnight.
Location is slap bang in the middle of the village.
