We had an incredible 3 days at the Berkeley house. The house is spacious we were 12 and very comfortable, everything was thought of. It looks just like the pictures,and it feels cozy. The bed is so comfortable. We met the owners when we were checking out they are very lovely people.

Tim and his wife have created a fantastic place to stay in Whitley, it’s impeccably clean, well furnished with everything thats needed when away from home, in a great location as we where visiting Badminton Horse Trials just a short drive away, loads of parking, only a short walk to the local pub, and we couldn’t ask for more with the communication from Tim.

The place was well equipped and was very clean and comfortable. I loved the patio area overlooking the pasture. It was fun to watch the ponies, horses, and sheep.

The host was great and met us with the keys. The stay was super cute and in a great location. It was easy to get into the center but yet a bit off the path so it was very quiet. Super great location for a couple. Also loved she had coffee and sugar! That was a nice treat. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely spacious very clean cozy cottage in a prime location. Full facilities. Excellent smooth shower. Beautiful back garden. We were lucky to find parking easily. Tamasine was very prompt in responding to our messages.

It’s a beautiful place, with beautiful grounds. Staff was very accommodating for a last minute booking with a late arrival at night. Quiet and in nature with a pool, gym, and was very peaceful. I felt I was staying in a historical villa

Everything, always so clean and new. All the towels are extra soft and no corners have been cut at this luxury apartment to make it the best it can be.

The property was probably ‘passed its best’ but i think it added to the charm and ambience of the hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy, towels thick and luxurious and the breakfast was tasty. Well worth the price of our stay
