We had a fantastic 6-night stay at Instant Home in Luton. Zahid Hussain was an exceptional host, always friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making us feel right at home. The house was new, beautifully kept, and spotlessly clean, which made a big difference, especially with kids. They enjoyed the stay as much as I did and felt comfortable the entire time!
The location was also great—close to shops and public transport—so it was easy to get around. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing after our days out.

Nice and clean and well equipped, well heated and handy for the local town.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The hosts were friendly, the Lodge looks beautiful. Liked the secluded spot, very quiet and peaceful. Only a short walk to both the Village Pub and bus stop into Tring. Lovely area for hiking with lots of footpaths near by.
The location is beautiful. The peacocks are wonderful although there may be too many! Tring is a very cute village full of fantastic shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the Natural History museum and the Tring Brewery.
The hotel itself is a large stately home, with beautiful chandeliers and wood panelling. The staff were all wonderfully nice and helpful. The steam room and sauna were good.
The walk in shower in our en-suite was massive and lovely.
We had dinner once at the hotel, this was delicious.

old building was great. lots of character and a beautiful building. the new part is bland. it could be a Marriot or similar. not what you go to an old mansion for.
