The apartment was spotless, had great views and was in an excellent location not only for exploring Tobermory but also the whole of Mull. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would certainly recommend it and stay again if I were ever to come to Mull.

Location and facilities were very good.
Views were beautiful and lovely to have space to eat outside.

The apartment was reasonably clean and adequate for a short stay if you are going to be out and about all day. Very handy for the ferry, shops and restaurants. Parking was no problem on the street (in June).

Location was fabulous! Easy walking to all the shops, restaurants and across the street from the harbor.
Washing machine and drying rack. So great to be able to wash clothes after 10 days of traveling
Loved the fact there were blackout shades in the bedroom! June in Scotland it is light out until after 11 pm and sun rises at 3:30 am, so appreciated being able to sleep in.
Heated towel rack was great. Kitchen was fully outfitted.

Good location- easy to visit other locations on Mull
Roslyn House has been beautifully and tastefully renovated to create a luxury boutique B&B. As there are no staff on site, breakfast is left in the fridge/counter area on a daily basis. Breakfast comprised a good choice of food items including cheese, meats, smoked salmon, yoghurt, cereals, compots, jams, croissants, bread, juices plus tea/coffee. This is ample choice - plus lovely to have when you want and in bed!
My room was very comfortable and cosy. The bathroom was also excellent.

We’ve stayed at dozens of holiday homes and this is by far one of the best. The house is in a beautiful location above Tobermory and although a steepish walk, it’s worth it for the incredible view. The house is luxurious and has everything you need. It was perfect for our family of 7 ranging in ages from 15-67. The beds are really comfortable and all rooms are very modern and freshly decorated. We hope to stay again one day.
Spacious, luxurious room with outstanding view of the bay. Plenty of hot water for a bath & shower. Slept really well. The hotel is central to the tiny town which is full of interesting shops. The hotel offered excellent food & despite being busy, there were rooms where we could sit for a quiet drink. Whilst I bathed & slept, my partner sat outside on the balcony enjoying a drink & watching the boats from the beautifully landscaped hillside view. Everything in place for a relaxing & enjoyable stay.
Nice house next to the centre of the village, restaurants and shops. One twin bed and a couch, it's ok for 4 people for a short stay.
