Luxurious 1930s Showman's Wagon, hotel in Ticehurst

Offering a garden and garden view, Luxurious 1930s Showman's Wagon is set in Heathfield, 28 km from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park and 29 km from Eastbourne Pier.

The property is in a beautiful secluded garden, beautiful pond with waterfall and just a great feel about it. The wagon itself is beautiful, homely, warm, log burner and everything you need. It’s like stepping back in time as you drink tea overlooking the garden, listening the to thunderstorm overhead. We brought our own milk but there was some in the fridge and a great coffee maker. There is only a cold tap but hot water And shower is in the main house. The toilet (you will need a touch at night) is a natural toilet ( no water needed) but it’s clean and no smells. This is a real getting back to nature place and is so quiet and enables you to unwind and relax. Figgy the dog is beautiful and popped along for breakfast and chilled with us for a while. We had an amazing time and would definitely return
