So dirty you can’t see through the windows for cobwebs, so overgrown everywhere. They don’t answer the phone in check in and worse the fire alarm does not work!! Asked for preof and was forced out by the owner!
Tewkesbury was heaving with the music festival but this place was empty and now we know why! Instantly left as soon as we arrived ( not to mention the fact that it’s next to the waste water works and busy main road! ) Complained three times to booking .com. about getting a refund. The Owner looked completely unsurprised when we said we wouldn’t be staying but here I am getting asked to review !!! Please help me booking.com this place gives you a bad name!!!

Beautifully decorated cottage in a great location in Cheltenham. Close to shops and restaurants, but very quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back.

Good location if visiting or competing at Prescott Hill Climb. Friendly and helpful staff in a popular village inn. Room was clean and comfortable. Eat in both evenings, good choice from an extensive menu of typical pub fare. This was a return visit.
Breakfast was very good with a large variety of food. The restaurant evening food also very good and could order from bar if desired. The room was pleasant. Staff were friendly and request for extra duvets was met promptly. The hotel is in beautiful surroundings with wide panoramic view towards the town and to the Malvern hills. The pool was pleasant and a good size; also enjoyed the steam room and hot tub. Tewkesbury is a lovely little town, with interesting Abbey; also easy to get to Cotswold villages and to Malvern.
The menu was very comprehensive. The village is 1 of the quietist & quaintest we've ever stayed in.
We were extremely lucky that we landed on a Saturday when there was entertainment on !
Very friendly staff and a lovely, clean room with plenty of tea, coffee, milk as well as bathroom treats.
There was plenty of free, safe parking and the village location was pleasant.
Loved the room with a view over the river - particularly as it was in flood during our stay! The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. There was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and it was a nice touch to come in to hear gentle music playing on the radio. The decor was of good quality and made us feel that we were surrounded by luxury. The bathroom was clean and modern with lovely hidden lighting. The staff were very helpful and we even had out bag carried up to the room for us. Truly lovely.
