The cottage was truly beautiful, everything you needed was there (even egg poacher pods), even though we did not use any of the cooking facilities I could see everything was clean and modern, we were only there for one night but it would be ideal for anyone wanting to stay longer as it felt like home away from home. The view from the rear is outstanding, we visited in rainy weather but even that didn't spoil it. The host Peter and Sharon were very quick to respond to any messages and couldn't be more accomodating.

The property was absolutely beautiful, it was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We took our dogs and there was a brand new dog bed and dog treats for them. The enclosed garden was just perfect. There was a huge shower and lovely bathroom and the kitchen was extremely well equipped.

Beautiful cottage, great location, very clean and modern. Straight forward check in great communication from owner and had everything you need and more with lots of extra little touches. We used this cottage as a base to get ready for our wedding we couldn't of asked for a better place.

Wonderful location in a small wood in the middle of Oldwood Common close to Tenbury Wells. A perfect retreat from this mad world we live in. Sit in the garden and watch the birds, or gaze at the stars at night. We loved our stay in this well appointed cosy little cottage and will book again later this year.

The whole place is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and decorated with a keen eye. All the facilities were top notch. Kitchen well supplied. Lovely and clean. Welcoming and communicative owners. It was lovely to meet their adorable two children this morning at breakfast. Breakfast was ample. The honesty bar was so well stocked with so many lovely luxury alcohols. A real gem of a place.
Nice quiet location (a little hard to find in the dark). 15 minute drive to a few pubs in nearby village. Large room . Perfectly fine for what we needed. Receptionist and man at breakfast very friendly. Continental offering perfectly satisfactory. Note you can have full English at weekend for more money.
I had a lovely 2 night stay at The Costrel. The accommodation was superb: it had a feeling of quality and luxury due to the bed, mattress, walk-in shower, and decor, and I appreciated the assortment of teas and coffee. It’s cosy and warm (central heating and a portable oil radiator as well) and the house is on a quiet lane with no noise in the countryside. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend it.
First time in Tenbury and very impressed. Lovely old village. The Bridge was exellent, very easy to find and perfect for a short stay. Good selection of beer, the bed was comfy, room was quiet and a cracking breakfast set me up perfectly for the rest of the day.
The room was so stylish and felt really luxurious. The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much. Breakfast was fab and homemade items were a lovely touch.
