Good communication with the host, the keys were easily accessible via a lockbox. The cottage is perfectly located in the centre of Teignmouth, opposite the train station and 5 min walk from a big supermarket. The cottage itself was warm, cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, bedding and towels. We were provided with tea bags, coffee sachets and milk upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable.

Great location, quaint building with history. Very clean and excellent restaurant with fantastic views. Great staff, very pleasant and accommodating. Close (couple minutes) from the village centre. .
Perfect location in a pretty village, close to pubs, shops, cafe, beach, ferry across to Teignmouth. Full English breakfast every morning, always greeted with a smile from the excellent staff.
Location is so central. It doesn’t seem like it as you continue up a steep hill but it has access to the beachfront via a gate at the end of the grounds.( which are stunning)

It was a lovely, clean, well presented room with a high level of quality. I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the room. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, and a lovely location by the village green and next to a pub (which you wouldn't know as it was not noisy) that served great food. The hosts were very friendly too.

excellent location, close to pubs, shops, ferry to Teignmouth. village is very quiet. The property was beautiful attention to detail on decoration, bedding, and things like Dyson fans in the bedroom, Bose speakers. make the stay feel really luxurious. there was everything you could need in holiday accommodation.
Amazing location and fantastic views over the beach front. Large spacious rooms. Felt luxurious, a real treat. Central location, all shops you need on hand. Lovely little village.
A lovely weekend in a great location with excellent Gastropub food. Amazing views across the sea to Teignmouth from both the bedroom and the luxurious bathroom (bedroom 2 - luxury double). Amazingly comfortable bed. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful.
