Five Stars. A comfortable, modern apartment, quiet but right in the heart of the High Street with its shops and cafes below and a few minutes walk to the quay. Spotlessly clean, well appointed and the welcome pack including a bottle of wine, crisps and nuts was a lovely surprise, as was the beautiful leafy tree right by the window. Enjoyed our stay and if we lived in the UK we would definitely be back.

We did not like the location at all it was noisy, neighbourhood was awful with shouting swearing and drunkeness from the people in the block opposite. The bathroom had mould , loose electrical plates, rusty balcony furniture and rotting timbers so unable to use it. Dripping taps in the kitchen and bathroom shower taps were stiff to turn on and shower head dripped. We cleaned some of the scuff marks off the walls , Balcony windows needed cleaning. We were kept awake by banging and shouting at night then early morning noise from drilling and banging from building works and the neighbours from 5.45am

The apartment on Poole Quay was exceptional. A lovely welcome pack waiting for us included mulled wine, chocolates, crisps and nuts. Towels and bed linen included. An extensive range of cooking implements etc. Lovely view of the Quay from both bedrooms and lounge area. Bed was comfy with two pillows each and a shower in the en-suite. The family bathroom included a bath and shower over. Access to apartment from the High Street, and with a lift to 3rd floor, easy to take luggage and accessories.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.

Staff were wonderfully helpful and waiting staff at dinner were professional and efficient.
Bed was really comfortable.
Elemis products in the bathroom were a little touch of luxury.
Great location close to the sea and easy walking distance to Studland village. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Good breakfast in well-serviced dining room. Free on-site parking. A characterful place with olde worlde charm.

Fabulous location and very sympathetic refurbishment retaining original character and uniqueness of the hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean, great views from restaurant and bars/lounges, lovely outdoor heated pool and plenty to do both inside and within the grounds as well as a short walk to a beautiful beach and Studland village.
Breakfast and especially dinner were exceptional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is just great – a village near by but still very much surrounded by nature. The common areas of the hotel are charming and well maintained.
